The executive room was great overall. Not having a working remote or ability to turn off lights at night was annoying. Plus ordering food half was not available. Customer service was sub par at best. Lift did not consistently work either.

Bed Sheets extremely dirty. Brocken tap. Ceiling so low can’t even raise your hand. Can’t stand up on bed as ceiling fan will chop your head off (high risk) no toiletries provided. Overall extremely unhygienic.

The room was filthy and also smelled of smoke. It seemed it was not cleaned after the previous person checked out. There was no shower head in the bathroom, and the toilet was not flushed clean. The electricity went out for some time, and the surrounding area and the noises outside made me feel unsafe when this happened.

Showing something & giving something!
I travelled from outstation to Mumbai and wanted to stay the night somewhere so booked this hotel when i reached Mumbai, at 1am in night I reached this place, i seen people standing at the gate smoking & drinking at the gate. I entered in the hotel, I seen someone's sleeping (which is ok), he was the person at the frontdesk. He took my details and I'd done booking for 2, my friend was supposed to come to see me in morning (a girl), I gave him details for both of us, and got the room. Room was stinking, just cleaned and he made me wait down for 10-15mins, Anyway i just wanted to sleep and leave in the morning so as a boy i was ok with it as long as I can sleep there. there was no AC remote, TV was not there, when I asked him he said he'll have to install the TV in the room, Menu card is there but no telephone to order or call at reception! when in morning my friend arrived he did not allowed her saying girl is not allowed and telling me to read the T&C in the app. wherein I din't read couples are not allowed in the app! I don't wanted to create a scene so I left the hotel immediately without saying a word!

Kamer was smerig. Geen enkel raam in de kamer, geen ventilatie. Heel erg klein. Kamers lijken compleet niet op de foto's zoals op de website.
