I had a terrible experience at this hotel -
1. First day I was welcomed well and was given an early checkin - however no one helped me with the initial guide to my room and I had to ask around with the staff where the lift is, which floor should i go and i went to the room like finding a location without a map
2. the shower head was not working well
3. during breakfast, my requests we delayed and when i ordered cappuccino(which they suggested i should get), they did not get it to me while i waited for an hour
4. the room order also was delayed by an hour
5. the place is not in a very convenient place and no quick bite or dining places around, majorly it is a slum area
I was expecting a better experience however Marriott has disappointed me in every way for my visit to Mumbai this time. I would not recommend this for my peers or for my future stay.
