"I had stayed in this hotel about 18 years ago and my experience had been superb. So I decided to not look at any of the reviews and just book it. Mistake!!! The property needs major renovations, its in the same condition it was from 18 years ago. The rooms are small, the AC units drip, bathroom is very old, the room we stayed in faced the street which was super loud. The hotel charges for everything even towels. They charged us for cups that we used from the fridge to drink water. Terrible...

"Our stay presented both positives and negatives. The staff's friendliness added warmth, but the lack of English communication caused misunderstandings and reduced service quality. The food was disappointing, and the uncomfortable bed impacted our rest. Technical problems with the TV and unreliable internet also marred our experience. Issues with shower temperature control added to our discomfort. The lack of an efficient operational system led to confusion in service delivery. The property's rustic charm might attract those seeking a traditional setting, but this was overshadowed by the high pricing. At $550 per night, the cost was excessive given the quality of services and amenities, with a more fitting rate being around $150 per night. In summary, the welcoming staff and rustic appeal were overshadowed by language barriers, discomfort, technical issues, and overpricing. Significant improvements are needed for the property to provide a satisfactory experience and justify its cost."
