"The room was adequate but the bathroom could use refurbishing. Some sltaff were very nice and competent, others not so mufh. Our phone did inot work, totally dead. When I went to the desk I was told simplel that some of the rooms have non working phones. No offer to replalvler il ot address it. BreaKFast was ok; typical of the offering of this level of hotel."

"The room was not clean, stains on the ceiling and wall. Fan light had lots of bugs and dust, you could see it hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was a sheet but no blankets. When we asked for bedding we were told there wasn't any. They did find a blanket with cigarette holes and stains. The latch lock for the door was missing as well. Not removed it looked to be torn off. And I can go on."
