Easy check in , a lot parking and the staff was friendly. I went to take a shower and noticed multiple hairs in the shower. Not impressed with that and the room was definitely old , stains on the chairs and curtains. I usually prefer to check out via the TV if able or I just call when I’m leaving. I couldn’t do either since there is no phone in the room. There is a QR code for “hotel amenities” and I also could not check out that way either. When I left there was no one at the desk and a sign that said “be back in 5 minutes” so later I had to find the number and call to check out. This area has so many hotels and for 200 a night I’ll be trying a different one next time!

Overall, a good experience. Walls, ceilings and floors are super thin . . . .listened to the guy next door cough all night, the occupant upstairs walking around and people talking in the hall way. The bathroom was updated . . .thank goodness for sliding doors instead of a curtain! Front desk super helpful at check in.

Everything was great until I got woken up at 3am with 5 bites not sure exactly what it was from but a good guess could be bed bugs, also looked through the mattress and saw a bug that looked very similar to a bed bug, crawling around. I recorded a video of it and took pictures of my bites. This was in the 2nd room we got moved to, in the first one, the tv wasn’t working. So after all of that, we moved to our 3rd and final room. No issues in this room. Staff was very kind, quick and helpful. If that did not occur, I would give the place 5 stars. I came here with a friend as a staycation to relax and it was very doable at this place!

The property is well maintained. Unfortunately, every time we have stayed here we always end up next to rude people who play music loud, yapping dogs, or sound like they are rearranging furniture. Get what you pay for, I guess.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was polite and efficient. The only complaint I have is that the room was a handicap accessible room and the shower was a roll in shower. There were two shower heads and they shot water too fast and the floor flooded a bit. I can tell from the flooring in the bathroom and this is not the first time this has happened.

The check in staff was not good, but check out staff was great! The property itself is way too noisy. We could hear every footstep or door closing of anyone beside us or on any of the floors below or above us. It was horrible. We also could not truly control the temperature in our room. Definitely would not return to this property.

Hotel looks new, which can be deceiving. Few things in the room not working. Hotel charges a "deposit" which is fine, but does not always refund it timely. Please note - charging an actual deposit is different than a "hold". Probably gonna skip this location in the future.

This property isn’t that old but seems to have been badly treated. The window covering were falling off the window and we could not open them during the day for additional light. The laundry room was next to us and apparently there has not been extra sound proofing installed between the room and the laundry room and it woke me up every night during the night and early in the morning. We were not very happy with our stay this time.

We like Hampton Inn Very much typically. However on this occasion our room needed maintainance improvement: It was clean. But, 1. the curtain needed to be fixed. It was missing a string so it would pull up crooked. 2. the shower valve was inconsistent with hot and cold water. Showers were too hot or too cold! 3. Waffles were cancelled due to a kid spilling, which would have been easy to clean and resolve. So, this hotel in particular needs improved management.

Very comfortable bed. Bathroom clean with good water pressure. Drapes fell off the holder when my friend tried to open them but maintenance came up and replaced them right away. I liked that there weren't individual shampoo/conditioner bottles...more eco friendly to have the permanent larger containers

Nice one-night stay at this location. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was typical for free hotel food and the seating environment was really nice. Oddly, the most noise came from the people walking above me, which was pretty loud at times. Overall, the room was clean but the carpet could have been vacuumed better, with leftover hair pins and pieces of food wrapper on the floor. I would stay again.

The hotel was nice and had breakfast and a 24/7 front desk and they were pleasant. The hotel also has a snack bar with delicious treats. Had an elevator and spacious clean room with a mini refrigerator and a microwave and a coffee/tea maker. It also has a big comfortable bed and a big flat screen tv and a shower like a hose , Which I liked. The only issue that I had was that some of the guests were VERY LOUD. They were above my room and next door to my room and across from my room. They would be in the hallway loud from around 10pm until about 5am. The 2 nights that I was there, I couldn’t sleep because of these guests. I am sure other guests on that floor and maybe below it and on the top floor heard them. I left because I couldn’t take another night without sleep.
