"The two ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful. As it was raining hard, we could not go to the park, so they helped us to move into our room quickly. The hotel has two restaurants, both have more than two hours wait list. Both have set menus and fixed, high price. No a la carte. There is no room service available. So hotel guests are forced into captives of the restaurants."
