"Mattress was lumpy - the impression of two people in a queen-sized bed left the hump in the middle. Long past getting a new one.
Breakfast was okay for the usual fare - tasteless, watery eggs, sausage patties okay, biscuits and gravy with very little pork sausage. Coffee strong.
Unremarkable stay for a standard hotel room.
Staff pleasant and helpful."
"The entire hotel needs to be redone. All the carpets were held together with duct tape, it smelled and was just dirty everywhere. The breakfast was pathetic and the yogurt I was about to eat was over 2 months old! I also had to have maintenance come and remove a live bird from my bathroom vent."
"This hotel was one of a very short list of best hotels I have ever stayed in! Everything about it was amazing. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Many choices, and some different ones each day. Fresh cookies in the lobby each evening. Nice indoor pool. We had an ADA room for my husband. Plenty of room for him to get around with his walker. Plenty of grab bars in the shower and around the toilet. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Large enough fridge in room to put leftovers and drinks etc. Keurig coffee pot. A good number of disabled parking spots. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We defiantly recommend and we would stay here again when we visit Moses Lake."

The unit was filthy and apparently had bedbugs…
We didn’t feel it was safe at all for us to be there.
Had to work with Expedia to cancel.
I would not recommend this place at all, unless it went under a complete renovation.
There was visible mold under the floors.
The room was dirty
Once I pulled back the bedspread to check for bugs, and the sheets were full of small black bugs… I knew this wasn’t the place to stay."
