Location is good cos it’s really close to the train station to airport and the breakfast is nice too. However the hotel charged my Visa card double of the hotel rates for the last three nights that is pending for hotel’s revert to Hotels.com.

In general our stay was OK. Just the cleaning was not very good. They did not bring us enough towels for each person and did not clean the room on weekends. Also mostly they clean the room after 6 pm, when we already came back and it was not convenient. The toilet sometimes did not has water and we could not flush it. But the location was very good, very close to metro station. It was a restaurant in the hotel and we had breakfast every day. The staff was nice, So, if they improve some things what i mention, we probably stay again in this hotel next time.

Very good location and perfect breakfast. Unfortunately my room was cleaned after 6 pm every day. It seems that hotel does not have enough staff to clean it in time. I stayed in this hotel few times before and did not have such problems.

Greedy owners ruined my stay
Faulty a/c in the room, made extremely loud noise, whether on or off. Supposedly fixed after my complaint, but 2d night - same thing. Had to abandon 3d night and relocate, so I could actually sleep at night. Hotel did not issue a refund.

Expedia failed to me the hotel cancelled my booki
When I arrived at 8 Pm hotel informed me they had now changed owners and all previous bookings were cancelled, EXpedia failed to pass this information . Hotel staff extremely helpful and found me another hotel when Moscow was busy with some event. This matter now under investigation by Expedia.Great way to start your first night in Russia. .

Stayed 3 days in Ampir. Located very close to metro station, just 3-5 minutes walk. Quite street neighboring to Tverskaya street. Good service, acceptable breakfast. Good value for money. Would recommend for business travelers.

This is a great place to stay, on a great location. The hotel staff is the best, great breakfast, wifi. Loved the city and we're going back, and this is where we'll stay next time.

Zentrales Hotel, perfekt für einen Stadttrip.
Aufgrund der Lage am Weißrussischen Bahnhof ist dieses Hotel mit Deal gewesen für 3 Tage Moskau. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch hat es so auch Charme. Das Bett war sauber, das Bad auch. Die Dame vom Empfang konnte gut Englisch sprechen und auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, z.b. auch mit Obst und Müsli.

Хороший отель для недолгой поездки
Останавливалась в отеле дважды с разницей в неделю. В первый раз - на сутки, во второй - на двое. Сразу скажу, номера double и tween это, судя по всему, одно и то же. Мы брали tween, в итоге увидели две кровати, стоящие рядом, накрытые сверху одним общим матрасом. Когда обратились на ресепшн, нам сказали, что разница в том, что в tween два комплекта белья, а в double один, грубо говоря, два или одно одеяло на двоих. Конечно, если путешествие с подругой, то это в принципе нормально, но если бы это была деловая поездка с коллегой, то, пожалуй, было бы не очень. Отель в старом здании, конечно, в номерах чистота и хороший ремонт, но стариной все равно попахивает сильно (в буквальном смысле). Главный плюс - расположение рядом с Белорусским вокзалом, удобно для путешествующих.

バスタブの部屋が欲しかったので 朝から出向いて確認もしていたのにシャワーのみ わざわざ良い部屋を予約していたのに 部屋が臭い。排水？ドブの臭いです 替えて貰えなかったのでずっと窓を開けてました 交渉に数時間要してくたびれました 自分の持ち物にも臭いがついて泣きそうでした

교통은 편리하였으나 시설 노후화 심함 침대 너무낡아서 잠을자기 힘들었고 전기콘센트 너무없어 폰충전도 힘들었고 화장실 샤워부스 변기 너무나 좁고 안좋았습니다 전반적으로 불편했읍니다 너무 오래되어 낡은 호텔입니다

Excelente Hotel estação Bielorrússia Moscou
Excelente localização. 919 rubros de táxi oficial ou 420 rubros de Aeroexpress ( trem direto estação, 35 minutos aeroporto SVO e estação Bielorrússia. Mercado 24 horas do lado, cafeteria, avenida Tverskaya que vem da praça vermelha até estação Bielorrússia. São 3 estações de metrô linha verde. 55 rubros um bilhete One Way.

空港からの直結駅に近いホテル
全面禁煙のホテルのため安心して宿泊できました（ロシアはほとんどホテルは禁煙みたいですが）。駅からも徒歩2分程度なので、夜遅くなっていても安心でしたし、近くに小さいですがスーパーもあるので大変便利でした。各階の共通スペースに水とお湯が出る機械もあってありがたかったです。バスタブがなくシャワー室のみ、ベッドはシングルよりも幅が小さい感じだったのが残念でしたが、部屋は広かったので、観光で泊まるホテルとしては良かったです。

Hôtel basic. J'y suis séjournée durant un voyage d'affaire. La proximité du métro Belorusskaya est un grand plus. Ameublement bien vieillot. Le service nettoyage passait vers 17-18h ce qui est incompréhensible. Le petit déjeuner moyen.

Достойный вариант, с парой "но"
Плюс большой один - расположение у Белорусского вокзала, на относительно тихой улице. Три минуты до метро. Электронные ключи, тепло - зимой это важно, хорошие окна, средний матрас и приличное белье, полотенца три б душу. Тихо, по шесть номеров на этаже, по три на «куст», и ощущение, что я один. Остальное... Во всех двух сотнях отелях, где был, если прибыл раньше, смотрят паспорт и далее, с зависимости от готовности номера, или посылают гулять или заселяют. Я не требую никогда, тут табличка есть про 14.00, но проявить гостеприимство, глянуть, что за бронь, может на месяц человек приехал или депутат Думы Переславль-Залесья… Нет, твой паспорт буду смотреть после 14. Правила правилами, но нельзя же так формально, как финские отели автоматы, код срабатывает только в 16. Приходишь за десять минут, нагулявшись - строго так и опять ждёшь! Волнистые попугаи летают без клетки - кажется, добрые и хорошие люди тут работают, сумочку вот, оставить можно без проблем... Аренда халата - рекламу вижу впервые. 350 рублей. Знаете, или кладут, или нет, но не торгуют. Вай-фай - на втором, не крайнем этаже, есть условно. Прерывист, обрывист, неспешен. Нет ни одной, ни одной видимой розетки в номере, кроме одной для фена в туалете. Про зарядки и ноутбуки в 2003 же читали, когда все это называлось Гелиопарк? Восторг, в общем, искать розетки под холодильником удленитель. В ванной мыло кусковое и пакетик геля для душа. Шампунь - роскошь! Спросил - нету, кончился, ответила горничная. Высокая и жесткая

駅から近い
ホテル周辺に小さなスーパー、カフェ、Bar、ケバブ屋等があり買い物食事には困りません。駅から２～３分です。交通量の多い通りに面していますが騒音は気になりません。部屋は少し古いかなと思います。利用した部屋の椅子は手すりが壊れていました。部屋そのものはきちんと掃除されていました。ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、ホテルの立地もいいのでまた利用してもいいかなと思います。

Zentrale Lage, super Verkehrsverbindung, auch zum Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind groß, verfügen über alles was man braucht. Man wünscht etwas bessere Ausstattung wie Möbel oder TV. Wi Fi ist überall. Zimmerservice ist ok, das Essen ist i.O. In Umgebung ganze Fülle von Essangeboten, Laden etc.

middenklasse hotel, veel waarde voor je geld
Middenklasse hotel vlakbij Beloruskaya Metrostation waarvan je binnen 3 haltes in het centrum zit. Hotel is wat gedateerd maar dat stoorde niet. Kamers zijn klein maar hebben alles. Het ontbijt is prima, ze maken een omelet als je er om vraagt. Hotelpersoneel is wat kortaf en spreken bijna geen Engels. Grootste pluspunt is de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding, voor die locatie Moskou een prima keus!
