Dingy room, badly in need of a face lift. Towels might suffice for a car wash or oil change. Breakfast was dismal other than the waffle maker. Staff was friendly though.

This was a decent place to spend a night. The room was clean, just aging a bit. The included breakfast was adequate. No elevator was a surprise, but not a problem.

The first room smelled like a cleaning chemical but the second one was nice. Vegetarian breakfast was quite good with hot sausage, tasty flat egg, full sized yogurts and good little pastries. Yogurts had a lot of carbs though. Staff were pleasant. Luckily one of the many pillows was flat enough to use.

The room was about 50 degrees when we checked in (20 degrees outside). We had to keep our coats on for the first hour. We arrived after dark and the first three lights we tried in the room did not work. The front desk was unable to provide replacement light bulbs. There was food left in the microwave. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. There is black mold on the bathroom tile grout above the shower. We figured out that the lights did not work because the 3-way light switches at the two doors are wired incorrectly.

I would humbly recommend brewing a good cup of coffee. It doesn't cost that much more and patrons will appreciate it. Also, the breakfast food choices are a bit bland.

Pleasant hotel
This is a nice little hotel: the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was disappointing: the eggs and sausage and biscuit had no taste and were completely dried out.

Check in was easy and staff was nice. The overall hotel and room seemed clean and like an upgrade was just done or still in progress. Some updates still needed, but I wasn't unhappy with any of it until we pulled out the sleeper sofa. No linens in the room for it at all, but that's easy to fix. The real issue was the large, orange-ish stains on the mattress with receipts from I would guess the previous occupants. We all had to pile into the bed because nobody was sleeping on that. Also, hotels.com said it has a pool and it absolutely does not.

My wife and I stay here anytime we pass through. The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. We enjoy the bed firmness (just right) and the easy on and off from the interstate. The price is reasonable.

Average at best, had to make emergency trip to tend to elderly father. Looked on hotels.com for a place to stay with a dog. No problem “pet friendly “ but when I arrived at 10pm was charged half again what it cost for me to keep my dog. She sleeps in a travel crate, and no where were there any fees stated in the description. Oh well , breakfast was nasty and counter help was very impersonal.

Quality Inn, Morton, IL
Front desk was helpful and efficient, room was clean and in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was breakfasts were pretty slim. If you want real scrambled eggs, good quality sausage, a choice of low fat milk or whole milk for your cereal or perhaps a pot of oat meal already made then look elsewhere but other than breakfast, all was good and we had comfortable rest.

Quality Inn Morton was a very clean stop for us. It was quiet and comfortable. We found that the room needed more light around thearea near the inner door. It was difficult to see and pack our suitcase.It is hard to get used to the fact that the room was not cleaned daily.

The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful.We stayed 2 nights. The first night we arrived after midnight and it was difficult to rouse the desk clerk so that we could check in. The room did not seem to have adequate lighting. There was a stain on the bedspread/comforter. There seemed to be a lot of noise in the hallway and from guests upstairs.The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly.

Stay away from this hotel. They advertise as pet friendly, but do not want to deal with any pets. As soon as I walked in, they saw my dogs, rolled their eyes. Charge me additional fees, which is fine. The owners/managers actually live in the hotel. They put everyone who is staying close to their room. They stare at you through their windows. They keep an eye on everyone at all times, watch everything you do. It's so creepy. Mold all over the bathroom, the front door was rotten out, the beds are like hard, cardboard boxes. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Extremely overpriced for the condition.

Great service from the hotel - we left a bag behind. The hotel tried calling to us know, but we missed the call. They held our bag for a few days and were very helpful in getting shipping labels on our bag and helping with FedEx pick up.
