If your looking for any amenities at all you'll want to go elsewhere. The price is very high for very little you get. The rooms are very old. I have never even seen a heater like the one in our room before, maybe 50 years old. In the room we were in you could hear every single load of laundry being done, loudly. You can hear every neighbor and everyone on the street. The bed is ancient. I'm guessing the lamps and rest of the furniture are from the 70's. There is no way to plug in your phones or iPads so if you stay here bring blocks. I could go on but I am sure you get the picture. Not a pleasant stay.

If you like Pine-Sol smell, absolutely minimal fixes on everything, linens that were not clean and mattresses that saw better times as well as rude staff, you found the right place. We ended up leaving without actually using the room ( of course no refund).

Very affordable and decently clean. But you get what you pay for; the walls are thin, when you close the front door you hear everything like as it’s still open. When someone showers or flushes you’ll know.

The front door didnt close unless u lifted it up, the water pressure was very low, barely any hot water, wifi worked if u stand by the door. The bed sounded like you sat on the tin man. Will not be back.

Was very nice just remember to lock your door I was sleeping and the cleaning lady’s walked in on me twice, not angry just saying if you don’t want people cleaning in the room your sleeping in just lock it. Great stay over all though.

Cute with a view
The hot water doesn’t work at night because not a lot of people have run their showers. So you have to let the shower run for 10 minutes before you’re ready to take a shower wasting a lot of water. The mattress was hard as a wooden plank. They only have a small space heater to heat up the room so you’ll need to leave that on during a cold day. Also bring your own pillow because theirs are as flat as a pancake. It was overall very clean and the staff was very kind. Great view and location to the nearby shops. You can see the ocean from your window if you’re on the right side.

Priced right. I would’ve liked a Keurig coffee maker lol. Smelled heavily of bleach. Owners very nice. Bed semi comfortable. Sheets semi soft. BUT I am VERY particulate about my bedding. No continental breakfast so I just grabbed stuff for breakfast ie; donuts etc during my stay.

Lovely, locally owned property with super sweet personal touches. Wonderful location for walking into town or to the embarcadero. Loved the value. Only rec/feedback is to update the mattresses as there were slopes to both of our mattresses from the weight/impact of other guests who had slept on them.

Owner was extremely rude to my husband accusing our dog on pooping on property. We were did not go where we were accused of. Didn’t want to listen to my husband or look at cameras to prove wasn’t our dog. We have poop bags on our dogs leash. The whole situation couldn’t been handled better.

Lovely visit
Beautiful view from the room and very affordable. Walking distance to the waterfront restaurants and Morro Rock. Easy drive to SLO and other great locations and hiking trails.

It was very clean and decorated in friendly colors. That said the mattress and mattress cover made horrific creaking noises at the slightest movement. I am not super picky about mattresses, but the squeaking was too much for me. For that reason alone I would not return.

In no way was this a $167/night room. The facility is old. Very noisy, not well insulated. No reliable electric plugs except for in the bathroom. Only a small stream of water comes from the shower. We didn't feel safe due to the thinness of the walls...could hear every step others made. Staff was pleasant and the room was clean but very very very overpriced.

We we’re passing through, it was a coastal cute vibe find. The customer service was great, cleanliness was appreciated. The room could use some updates, the door needs adjusting not sealed well, light was showing around casing. Bathroom area showing wear, shower head has little pressure.

The property was clean but there were some really noisy guest next to our room making it hard to sleep. Also, there were others gathered outside in the parking lot talking loudly after 11pm. Management should have told them to quiet down.
