Didn't know I prepaid
"I read the hotel per the instructions for the hotel to let them know my arrival date upon my checkout I was asked to pay when I had already prepaid and I was asked for my documents that I had printed from the site and was asked if they could keep them because they didn't have anything saying that ..."

Bad owner
"Owner is awful. Asked me to cancel my reservation and pay him cash. He said site wouldn't pay him. It was very unprofessional. The staff exceeded our expectations... The owner was a disappointment. Asked our safari driver several times about payment from us when I could prove I had prepaid for everything ..."
