I was here 6 days ago and got a downstairs room that was booked thru Expedia. I booked again since stay was nice before. I got an upstairs room (booked again thru Expedia). This time I had to haul my oversized suitcase upstairs and had to make two trips. No elevator. Even though all the rooms show no smoking, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Bedspread had burn holes in it. If I wasn’t so tired from driving 12 hours and wanted to haul my stuff downstairs I would complain. I will mention it upon checkout.

Noisy!!! Could hear the people above me walking around. Could hear people in hallway talking. No little coffee maker in room. The bed was good and firm and room was clean

When we booked the room the website listed the room as a queen. When we arrived we noticed the bed was actually a double bed. The backplate for the shower knob was practically falling off and the tub was too small.

Not a winner
Dirty bedspread with white stains. Sent me to an occupied room. Pungent smell of curry in the common areas. Room next to the ice machine completed the ambiance of my stay.

Worst place to stay!
This property and it's employee staff should be educated in the hospitality industry. The Owner should have a better training. The front desk employee attended me with food in her mouth and on her face. Then whenI told her I had a service dog she wanted to charge me an additional $20 deposit. This is not a pet friendly Motel! The entry smelled like curry and the spoken english was barely understandable. When the GM came out he addressed me rudely and it was very apparent there was a communication problem. Very unproffessional!

We called in to let them know we'd be in late. Front desk was pleasant to speak to, and they kept our room reserved. Check-in was simple. We got to our room and everything seemed decent. Beds were soft, the a/c unit worked fine, and overall it was peaceful. We had a good nights rest. There is a gas station next door and a few fast food places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat if you need to. This place was a nice place to stay at for the price.

Trip home to Arizona
Was a ok play for price. Stunk of curry when going in lobby. Room stunk like cleanser. A tweeker was wondering the halls. Tv had 2 remotes I wondered why . Then found out 1 to turn it on and the other controled everything else. No elevator 2nd floor. Cigarette burns on stuff and bed spread. Fan in bathroom was noisy.Place is just older and getting outdated. Not run down. Lastly watch out for the yellow post that protects the lobby overhang. I backed into one because i didn't see it. They are all bent over because everyone must hit them. Just a little dent in my bumper to remind me not to stay there again.

Low expectations = contentment
Stayed only 1 night as planned. Strong unpleasant smell all over the interior (except the room itself) upon arrival which immediately hit me. Check-in was east, fast and friendly :) Low pet fee of only $10 per night is nice! No elevator to or from 2nd floor which didn’t bother me or my son but worth mentioning. No security key fob to access second floor from exterior stairs. Anyone staying in the hotel or not can enter and leave as they wish. No breakfast. No coffee in rooms. No extras whatsoever. Place feels and smells dingy but for the price and for a short stay it works :) There were no bugs. The beds were comfy with the right amount of and weight of bedding. The cool/heat/fan unit worked great. The water was nice and hot for showers both night and morning. Our room keys worked right away every single time. The black out curtains are all one piece which is nice cuz no light seeped through the middle like it does when it’s two panels. Area is quiet. Not sure if any of the property cameras actually work or are fakes but I did notice them around the exterior of the building. Professional and friendly staff :) This is a middle of the road to low end no frills hotel. Have low expectations and you will be content!

From outside to lobby to room, the place was pleasant. Room smelled and looked clean. I mostly look for best price, this place was a little more but the reviews were so much better. Glad we stayed here and would do so again and recommend to others.

Convenient and clean
My dog and I were welcome there and received friendly service throughout our stay. The room and lobby were clean and fridge and microwave were in great condition. The lumpy pillows would be the only thing I’d change.

Service was great, cleanliness not so much.
The room was hastily cleaned and there was a sticky substance on the nightstand and the floor. Behind the door, there was a Qtip on the floor, and a soap wrapper in the bathroom. The room was a pet room, and the floor had not been cleaned from the last pet. I was super worried about whether my sheets were new or left over. The beds were not comfortable and we kept waking up they were so bad. The pillows were fine. Check in was easy, and the clerk was kind and courteous. She made sure to get us a first floor room since stairs are challenging for one in our party. Service was great, cleanliness not so much.
