"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel charged fees that were never disclosed on Expedia, including a fee charge if your room key becomes demagnetized and you need access back into your room.
We checked in around 1:00 AM after a 5 hour drive and didn't discover the problems until the next morning. Our room was missing basic necessities, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. The pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable, and the mattress felt paper-thin. The have crackheads living in their vehicles, creating an unsettling atmosphere.
The breaking point came when we discovered both of our towels were dirty. My wife called the front desk for over 15 minutes with no answer. I went to the office and found no employees present. I knocked repeatedly on the reception window and received no response. Even Expedia was unable to reach anyone at the hotel. Because we couldn't get clean towels, we were unable to properly shower before leaving.
After inspecting the bed more closely, I found dried blood stains, hair, and numerous other stains on the sheets. The bedding appeared unsanitary and poorly maintained.
This was supposed to be a 3 night stay, but we checked out after only 7 hours because the conditions were unacceptable. Despite all of these issues, Expedia offered OneKeyCash instead of a refund.
Do not stay at this hotel due to the hidden fees, lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, absent staff, and overall poor condition of the property!"
