"Staff at the hotel was great. You could tell the property was older and a few things didn’t work. The microwave in my room didn’t work, the jets in the hot tub didnt work. There were knicks in the wall that weren’t patched. The place could use a little love and some work. The carts to help with you baggage were coming apart. Hopefully ownership sees this and invests a little love into the place but the room was nice and spacious and the furniture seemed upgraded. I would stay here again but would love the hot tub to be fixed so my achy bones can feel rejuvenated."

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel charged fees that were never disclosed on Expedia, including a fee charge if your room key becomes demagnetized and you need access back into your room. We checked in around 1:00 AM after a 5 hour drive and didn't discover the problems until the next morning. Our room was missing basic necessities, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. The pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable, and the mattress felt paper-thin. The have crackheads living in their vehicles, creating an unsettling atmosphere. The breaking point came when we discovered both of our towels were dirty. My wife called the front desk for over 15 minutes with no answer. I went to the office and found no employees present. I knocked repeatedly on the reception window and received no response. Even Expedia was unable to reach anyone at the hotel. Because we couldn't get clean towels, we were unable to properly shower before leaving. After inspecting the bed more closely, I found dried blood stains, hair, and numerous other stains on the sheets. The bedding appeared unsanitary and poorly maintained. This was supposed to be a 3 night stay, but we checked out after only 7 hours because the conditions were unacceptable. Despite all of these issues, Expedia offered OneKeyCash instead of a refund. Do not stay at this hotel due to the hidden fees, lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, absent staff, and overall poor condition of the property!"

"This was a very pleasant surprise. A one-night get-away for my bride and me, we found the room to be very welcoming, comfortable, private, clean, and modern. The breakfast was the true surprise -- the omelettes were especially wonderful. If we ever need to stay in the Riverside/Moreno Valley area again, this is where we will stay!"

"There is no parking nor is there any mention of parking fee. They will charge you for parking and the staff is unprofessional and untrained. Coffee machine never works and they will not give you receipt of your stay at checkout. I will never stay here."

"Hotel was under construction so no amenities were available. No notice was provided in their welcome email that there were no amenities. No restaurant, you were expected to pay full price meals and eat in the hotel lobby cafe bar. One elevator not working. Ice machine on the floor not working. Fridge not working and the path from the garage to the hotel was closed off. I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible."
