The property is very centrally located. The only inconvenience was the amount of eco noise we would get from the lobby conversation. We could hear the conversation as if it was right outside our door. We stayed in room 216.

I stayed at the hotel and at night, the music in other near by clubs and below us had loud music til 3:00 am every night. Made it very difficult for to sleep. Also did not have amnesties needed. We had to ask for it. I had to leave 2 days prior to check out and spoke to staff to get a refund for the days not stayed at the hotel ans they refused. Not planning to stay again.

This is a prime spot hotel but the noise levels are our of control. We couldnt sleep at night because there was a band playing and it seems like it was in our room. We asked to move the rooms and were accomodated but downgraded and the room was in pretty poor condition. Bathroom looked like it was from 80s and it was still noisy.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The staff is awesome and very welcoming and attentive, rooms are clean, comfortable, and have great air conditioning. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was convenient for shopping, dining, tours and taking promenades. The hotel was outdated in decor, our room was noisy, food was ok Bed sheets and duvet, towels and curtains were worn out! Our room was a little dirty. Restaurant has a nice touch; lobby nice, needs more decor Michoacáno; bad idea to have Copacabana in this historic building because it’s too modern. Alameda hotel should have a very nice rustic restaurant to attract attention to tourists.

Very happy with our stay. Beautiful hotel and room. Staff was excellent. Location is amazing. Walking distance to many historical sites, restaurants and shops. Will definitely return to this hotel.

NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL! The room that I stayed gave me a horrible headache! At nigh, an extremely bad odor was suffocating me. I got up several times during the night to investigate and it turned out it was coming from the bathroom shower drain. Because I was so tired I did not call room service until morning. I was trying to correct the problem myself by opening the bedroom door, closing the bathroom door, placing a wet towel over the shower drain, opening all curtains and windows. By morning, the smell was gone. As a professional builder, I believe that this building does not have proper plumbing ventilation. It seemed odd that a plastic cover was over the shower drain. My guess is that at night the city sewer system stops moving the waste because of lack of water running and thus the feces stagnates and thus the odor escapes by any means. I have to admit that after I told them about it they were willing transfer me to another room. By now, I was done with this hotel. I hope they fix this problem because this is not sanitary and thus not a 4 star hotel.

Great location, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Hotel is clean and safe. Staff was great. I would stay again but in an interior room, never in a room with a view. Noice from the outside traffic and nearby restaurant/club make it impossible to sleep. I paid the upgrade and regretted it. Stayed for 5 nights.

We’ve stayed 3 times at this hotel already. The location and price can’t be beat. The staff is all courteous, friendly and helpful. The only downside for us is the room and bathroom are small for a family of 4 but all the positives far outweigh this point. Will most definitely stay here again when visiting Morelia.

Location is a 10! Very centrally located. The hotel itself is a bit run down. The shower/bathrooms are very small. The beds and bedding are old. The rooms are very basic.

I will not stay there again. The room and beds were excellent. However, the bathroom had no ventilation at all and the odors went into the main room. No windows nor ventilation system. The hallways were covered above and also no ventilation. The place needs remodeling big time. Very dark and uninviting. Staff was great.
