"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the strong cigarette smell throughout the property. My room smelled like smoke, and the hallways were no better, making the environment very unpleasant.
In addition, only one elevator was working during my stay, which caused long wait times and inconvenience, especially during busy hours.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also below expectations. The common areas and room did not appear to be maintained to a satisfactory standard, and the property felt worn and neglected.
Unfortunately, due to the smoke odor, maintenance issues, and lack of cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."
