"We booked the room 2 hours before arrival from the National Park. We therefore did not use any anemeties. The personal was very friendly. The room was clean. The towels were all dirty, so we left and got some at ross. The entrance wasnt the cleanest either but that didnt really bother us. We got dinner from Arby's on the other side of the street and left the next morning for Mesa Verde. Breakfast was given in a paper bag to take, 2 cupcakes and a yoghurt. It was an okay stay and for the price absolutely great. We would stay there again."

"We checked in the evening of the Wednesday, June 3. The desk clerk was slightly unwelcoming. The room did not have a fridge and we had food so rather than bringing a fridge, she had us move all of our stuff to a different room. Actually, there was another gentleman working who said he would be happy to tightly cover and label our food and put in their fridge, if one could not be found. He was VERY helpful and kind! This IS the one right next to the Big Texan restaurant, which is ALWAYS fun. We have stayed here MULTIPLE times over the years. I thought it was odd when we checked in, she said late check out is ONLY for IHG members… glad I am one?"

"I arrived in town without a reservation and mid to lower priced properties were filling up fast. Literally as I looked at properties on Travelocity, ones would disappear from the list. So I stayed here. A budget hotel that feels like one. Based on the room phone, this was once a Days Inn, maybe more than one owner ago. The current owners were very welcoming and friendly, and try to make your stay a good one. But the place is old and feels like it. I stayed in one of their renovated rooms. It was clean and I could tell work had been done to improve that bathroom. But it’s very basic and the bed was not very comfortable. I wish the newer owners the best but I’ll look elsewhere on my next trip."

"Absolutely none of it. No A/C, no smoke detector in our room, the toilet didn’t flush. The staff weren’t helpful at all and when I called the next morning they said the smoke detector being off was because people can get away with smoking in there, and the cleaning people must of forgot to put a new one on 🙄 never ever will I book here again."
