"I feel it did not resemble the other Fairmonts At high tea the server was not engaged she forgot my daughter was there for a birthday my other daughters hat was not located when rooms were changed because the noise was too loud in that room someone took that hat and it was sentimental. Amelia Sander no one reimbursed us or anything I am angry"
