The location was great! We were very close to Moint Royal for a nice hike and great views. We enjoyed walking through the University grounds on our way to the hike. A walk to old Montreal only takes about 30 minutes from the hotel. The pool and patio on the top floor were a nice retreat.We could do our laundry while laying on a deck chair in the sun. The included breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked.

I have stayed at this property at least 8 times. I keep choosing it because of its security, balcony, convenience to downtown, and free breakfast in the morning. The pool on the top floor is honestly so clean, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are basic and not cosmetically up to date fashion wise , but they are clean and practical. Plus you get a balcony. Always happy with my stay here.

Everything you could need for a stay in an apartment. Great pool. Great staff. Breakfast is toast, cereal etc. Clean spacious rooms. Could do with more lifts as a busy hotel

The area was walkable easily accessing the city centre. The room was very clean and love the apartment style with everything one would need. Parking option in an old underground lot left my van with damage on the roof, will only use a small car if I’m parking there next time

The property is on the older style & showing its age but rooms were very clean & spacious. Breakfast was good although quite busy at times. The staff were very friendly & helpful. A ramp at the front of the hotel would be helpful rather than having to pull suitcases up 4-5stairs.

We had stayed in a 4 star hotel further up the road at the start of our trip, but on return we chose Laapartetment, supposedly a star lower, but the stay here was by far a much better experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the plumbing worked well, the breakfast was good and the location was great. Overall an excellent stay. The children also loved the pool and ice machine
