Good for our short stay. The strong bleach/must smells were quite strong though it was clear the hotel was working diligently to fix it with purifiers. Front desk staff throughout the day/night were very kind. Would stay again.

Staff are very unaccommodating. Need just an hour to finish a first responders business call and were refused. Then 3 minutes after 11 we begin to be harassed as we scrambled to get our things together in time. We checked in after midnight and had not been in the hotel 11 hours but yet paid full price. Never again!!!

Desperately needs remodeling and updating. Shower had mold, plaster coming off the walls, and water on the gloor. We changed rooms. Staff doing best they can with what they have.

I thought the staff and everybody there was very friendly, I originally was only gonna stay for a night but I decided to extend my stay. The process of extending for another day was super easy. My room was clean and the cleaners did an excellent job of making sure you had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and large bed, and excellent breakfast (eggs, etc.). Fifteen minutes from towntown, where hotels were much more expensive.

Apparently the staff don’t answer the phone after 10:00, which was stressful when the car rental had closed I had to find my own way to the hotel, because they don’t answer the phone at night. They had a water problem some time ago, and when I turned on the shower, rust came out and when I turned on the sink, black soot came out. The tub was partially clogged, but quickly taken care of. The room was “made,” but the tub wasn’t cleaned nor was the floor vacuumed recently. I inquired about another room, and was told the same thing would probably happen with a new room. I don’t think I’ll stay with this property again, ever.

The location is convenient to the airport and the hours for breakfast are convenient. I stood at the front desk for several minutes before they realized I was there, but they did allow me to check in early. They advertised a fitness room, but it was under "renovations" and seemed to be that way for a very long time. The room needed love- the toilet was dirty, the top blanket had wrinkles and a hair that made me wonder if it was laundered after the last guest. The trim around the bathroom door was bent off, and the floor missing a lot of grout. The phone didn't work and the WiFi went out.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower rod needed replaced. It had been pinned up several times but did not keep the curtain closed and allowed water to accumulate outside by the toilet. The shower faucet actually leaked from behind. Tile was already damaged from it. The first floor men’s bathroom had a broken and rusted trash can in it. Another client had to go to two different floors to wash and dry his clothes.
