I have been setting here for any years but have not been for nearly 3 years. Some things have improved others not.
The room needs refreshing. The bathroom was decent. They now have a bar with pool tables which was closed last time.
The room keys frequently did not work and I had to get news ones several times.
The staff are great and the location is also very good. Lots of good street food and shopping almost right outside the hotel…

The area was good. Close by to a lot of shopping and dining places. I ended up getting bed bug bites. The AC didn’t get that cold. We had to park on the other side of the block, in a public parking garage, which was really inconvenient. Would not recommend this place.
Travohotel it's a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay. It is close to everything. Walking distance to movie theater, eateries, shopping, and the Macroplaza is right there to walk and enjoy the area. Hotel staff was gentle and willing to serve all the time.

Just outdated wallpaper coming off walls a beds were in a V shape totally wasted carpet stains rips and the security latch broken off. People and service are great just an outdated hotel room wise. Price and location are good. I would bring own blankets next time and AC is governed had no control to make it colder had maintence fix that during my stay

The hotel staff was excellent the hotel is run down and needs to be remodeled the staff was so kond to change me to another hotel so I stayed only one terrible night and I was changed to I-Stay a better quality hotel defintetely I would stay in I-stay next time!

The bathtub faucet was not working good. The last morning of our stay we couldn't lift the lever that directs the water to the shower head, which is our preferred way to bathe. The carpet was filthy. The staff was friendly.

El hotel no da la facilidad de entrar antes de las 3, no entiendo porque,si la hora de salida es a las 12 pn y tienen 3 hrs para limpiar los cuartos??? Aparte la alfombra huelen feo y las almohadas y colchon no son comodos para el precio que paga uno no recomiendo este hotel
