Las toallas estaban algo sucias. Una de ellas parecía que se agarro en algo con aceite.

I like the Convenient transportation to the airport every 30 minutes. Breakfast. Location. I did not like the guy from front desk had a hard time finding a clean room for us at 1:30am.

I didnot like the a lot of noise too early in the morning from the cleaning staff ..moving the furniture and l think that was rude .

Nice property and nice room. Clean bathroom and the bed was very comfy. Internet works ok and the breakfast that was included was very good. I give 4 stars because when I went to the first room, a man was keep in the bed. I had to go back to the reception for a different room. Asides from that a really nice place to stay. The room had a nice big tv but I didn’t use it

well the first room ac never cooked and the second room 10 celsius and it would not go up then went down to lobby had to use the restroom. went in and did #2 guess what no toilet paper had to wain in there until someone threw me paper towels

Really friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t do 5 starts because our heater was out but they came and fixed it rather quickly. Also it was a nightmare to try and print something off their computers. Besides that recommend this place to stay at short term.

Excelente servicio
Solamente me quedé una noche, pero todo estuvo muy bien. El cuarto limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Se oye un poco de ruido de la avenida que está muy cerca, pero no molesta. Todo el personal fue muy amable. El chófer del shuttle fue muy amable y puntual.

Ofrecen transportación al aeropuerto las 24 horas y ya me he hospedado en 2 ocasiones en que tengo que ir al aeropuerto a las 8:00 am y resulta que de 7 am a 9 am no hay transportación al aeropuerto porque andan transportando personal a una empresa privada. No hay problema, solo adviertan al huésped esa situación para pedir un taxi a tiempo que lo traslade al aeropuerto.

Room AC was not working, they insisted on sending mechanic, didnt work. They didkt change room. Bathroom had bugs a lot of them. If you can stay in your car.

Shower floor extremely slippery!!!! Almost kill my self I told the front desk guy about it and he only said they are no longer providing shower mats 😳 I really hope they do something about it I won't stay here again
