Es el peor hotel en el que he estado, me querían cobrar dos veces en la entrada, casualmente se le apagó la terminal después de cobrarme la primera vez pero me llegó la notificación a mi celular de que ya me habían cobrado y querían cobrarme otra vez “que porque no había salido el baucher” TENGAN CUIDADO, sucio, había cucarachas, no pude dormir y mejor me fui a buscar otro lugar.

Más que hotel lo sentí más como motel , olía mucho a cigarro pero dentro de lo que cabe súper bien , buena atención y tenían agua caliente , no internet ni cable pero si muy bien por el precio meramente para descansar

First room they assigned, was used and dirty. I asked for a change, second room assigned had not been used and was dusty. Door in second room would not close properly. In the morning they went knocking on our door asking us to check out

Hard to give a rating. No heat or AC. Luckily temperatures were between 40-70 so not so bad. Can't say how it would have been had it been hotter or colder. Had an elevator, but didn't work. Was on the second floor so not too bad of a walk. Was clean, hot water was good. Only wifi on main floor. Second floor had router but didn't work. But price was very low so you get what you pay for. Door said they accept credit, but told me they only take cash. Overall the stay wasn't bad for what I paid.

En cuanto a limpieza estuvo bien, relacionado a servicios, mal. ..pague por la habitación, y se descompuso el sistema de WiFi, no hay reembolso y no podian arreglarlo hasya el sgte dia, la conexion pesima en lls pisos de clientes

Realmente es diferente a como se ve en las fotos, sin duda si te dejas engañar por las imágenes, y dice que tiene wifi y cuando llegué lo usé como 1 hora, después salí y cuando regresé ya no tenía y me fuí del hotel y seguía sin haber internet lo cual no me agradó ya que se publicita como instalaciones con wifi, otra cosa es que no tiene agua caliente y por el lugar creo que sí debería contar con ellos, sinceramente yo no me volvería a hospedar ahí

Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, solo que llegue en dias de lluvia y se sentia algo de frio en la hanitacion y no habia mas que una sola sabana para taparse, no ofrecen algo mas abrigador para la temporada de frio. Mucha limpieza y espacio

Pésima atencion, tienen un jovencito aprox 20 años en recepción, le preguntamos si había aire , Nos dijo que si, en una temperatura ambiente de 40 grados en Mty , subimos y sin aire , y nos dice que “ el aire se prende hasta en la noche “ … pedimos el reembolso No lo quiero hacer , no lo tienen permitido , hasta que le exigimos el reembolso se comunico con su jefa , para ver que hacía ?. Le dijo que nos prendiera el AC, pero no enfriaba bien , pésimo servicio, No se queden ahí, camas muy malas , nos hicieron pasar un momento muy desagradable

Si van, al momento de salir de la habitación no dejen sus cosas de valor en la habitación La estadía fue normal, lo que me incomodo fue que pasaron policias sospechosos a las habitaciones abriendo ventanas sin necesidad de tocar, sin educación. Según ellos que se habían robado en unos cuartos unos celulares a lo que el hotel tiene camaras, no entiendo por que la necesidad de pasar cuarto por cuarto... Fue super raro eso.

UNA DISCULPA DE ANTEMANO SON COSAS QUE ESTAN FUERA DE NUESTRO ALCANCE EN DICHO EVENTO PALNORTE HUBO MUCHOS ROBOS DE CELULARES Y LES APARECIA UBICACION DE VARIOS CELULARES ENTRE ESTA CALLE Y ARTEGA Y EN NUESTRO HOTEL NO ENCONTRARON NADA ERA EN EL HOTEL DETRAS DEL NUESTRO PERO TENIAN QUE HACER DICHO OPERATIVO ,NO ESTABAMOS DE ACERDO QUE PROCEDIERAN DE ESA MANERA PERO NO DIJIERON QUE NO SI NOLES PERMITIAMOS EL ACCESO NOS ASEGURABAN EL LUGAR NUNCA HABIAN PASADO NADA IGUAL AQUI PERO ESO FUE FUERA DE NUESTRO ALCANCE Y EL ROBO NO FUE EN NUESTRO HOTEL NI A NINGUNO DE NUSTROS HUSPEDES ERA UN OPERATIVO POR LO SUCEDIDO EN EL EVENTO PALNORTE Y QUERIAN DEJAR EN CLARO QUE AQUI EN MONTERREY NO PUEDEN HABER DICHA INSEGURIDAD DE HECHO SALIO EN LAS NOTICAS DICHOS OPERATIVOS PERO EN NINGUN MOMENTO FUE EN NUESTRO HOTEL NI A NINGUN HUSPED DE AQUI.

por fuera se ve sucio y por dentro esta en reparacion y mientras reparan mucho ruido. ademas no me dieron control para la tv aunque la pedi. igual pedi factura y hasta no me ha llegado
