Very clean, quiet, less than a mile from downtown Monterey, the breakfast was absolutely awesome and great staff. Jacuzzi was nice, hot though I can’t speak on the pool as it was too cold to try going in. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nice, clean hotel. The room was very nice in layout and features. HOWEVER, the walls are paper thin. We had a room that adjoined another room, and the door had no insulation or soundproofing. At 4:00 AM, the other guests in the adjoining room were talking, and it was so loud in our room that we heard every word and noise! including them spitting their toothpaste in the sink.

Outside areas (parking lot, spa/pool, hotel exterior) could use maintenance. Beds were too firm for our liking, but others might like. Air conditioner in our room didn’t work. Free breakfast was very good.
