This is an older property. With that being said you get what you pay for. The only entertainment was average as well as the food but beware of the buffet the often run out of plates as well as food so your left with slim pickings until more food is brought out but you will be waiting 20/30 min for the food. The staff was an amazing so helpful. Don’t do any motorized sports of the hotel as those people may not be as legit as other places. I know I fell from parasailing. The locals come and vacation there it was good for the 3 days I was there.

The staff works really hard! The hotel itself is beautiful, food could have been better, and getting towels was an issue. The entertainment staff is awesome and my massage with shevelle was awesome.

Great location close to the hip strip and we did a few excursions negril and ocho rios howevernas far as house keeping goes it wqs terrible aleays begging for towel and therebwas mold in the shower. The shower leaked water to the toilette also the bed was so uncomfortable. The beach was great

The resort did not offer room service for the guests an I was unable to get towels or room cleaning . The property had 2 restaurants and one was reservation only by 9:00am

The best thing about the hotel is the beach and the central location on the Hip strip, other than that the place is poorly maintained, the food was not all that great.

Really enjoyed my first mother daughter trip room was alittle under cared for and no towels wash cloths and 2 days to get blankets and duvet and did run out of alcohol liquor choices daily but we love Jamaica ❤️

What a nightmare! I read a bunch of bad reviews before I left, and my first day on property, I felt that the reviews were inappropriate. We met some really amazing staff who were friendly and went out of their way to speak with us and assist us. That was day one. It went downhill quickly!!! The breakfast bay on Mother’s Day morning was despicable! Food was disgusting, and edible and not celebratory in any way shape or form. Unfortunately, I felt that way every time I went there. Mystery food! I Empty food, dishes not replenished!! Four mornings and no Ackee and saltfish!!! When you called the front desk, you got an answering machine and it took about two hours for to hear back from anybody. Our room was clean and made up without any towels whatsoever. Return from a very long day and needed to shower. Front desk told us they didn’t have the key to the linen closet so they couldn’t help us!?! Are you kidding me? No ice at the bar so no drinks could be made!!! Many of the staff were disgruntled, likely because they were dealing with disgruntled guests!!! I frequent Jamaica and I’m there 3 to 5 times per year and have never had this experience at any other resort I’ve been to. They are sitting on a damn gold mine! Due to miss Management at so many levels, this place is being run into the ground!

Can you imagine checking in at 6pm because of housekeeping being behind, short staffed and not having enough linen? Sitting in the lobby for 4 hours! We had issues with maintenance and housekeeping. We had to be using public area bathroom instead of our room, and we feel as if more could have been done if the front desk could have taken the time out to listen and act. The food was delicious, and entertainment was good. Thanks to MJ and Rushelle and the sweet lady at the bar beside the pool. Front desk was okay but the stay was a bit disappointing.! Please work on better customer service. The hotel has the potential but more work needs to be done.

Great vacation! Extra points for having resort kitties, very cold a/c and LaTonya at the pool bar. Food was great and varied. Staff was pleasant and helpful but I didn't get the 'family' feel like I do in Cancun resorts. I would not hesitate for one second to go back!

We had no water in our room the first night and no hot water for the remainder of our stay. We enjoy the location right on the hip strip and it's close to the airport. No activities at the pool. The staff was friendly for the most part and the food was good.

Toilet not working, i paid for ocean view, and they gave me, pool view, they don’t specify the type of rooms they have, they only mention ocean view and double sea view, but you will end up with pool view. 3 foreign women showed up at the beach topless, showing there breast, no one told them anything, this place is not a nude area, families go with children!!! But after this who knows of families will continue to go, because they were complaining. Other than that the beach is nice and clear, you can swim in it, very salty. Food is not processed food, is cooked in the facility. Is the same thing, but it’s GOOD

I stayed here April 13th-18th with my boyfriend, which was very pleasant! The property was very nice for our price range, but I wouldn’t mind paying a little more for a nicer bathroom. I’m just picky like that. But everything was great, and I would stay here again. The food was phenomenal, and festivals are now my favorite!

The people were very nice. The curtains in the room was not very clean. There was a lot of food to eat. The staff was very nice in the dining area.

The beach and pool was beautiful. Scenery was beautiful. I liked that there was two stores right across the street. I didn’t like that the bars opened at 10. Also they didn’t give you enough towels when cleaning the room. Sometimes we didn’t get any towels or toilet paper.

Great location near the airport, good beach. Bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the ocean! You have access to the sister hotel right next to it which we do feel have better personnel. The staff don't seem to like their job! Just asking for a glass of water, it seems like you're bothering them! The line to get a table at a la carte restaurant was hard to get a table.

This resort is great. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to spend their vacation. The receptionists and other staffs are very respectful, polite and kind. The hotel room is very clean and organized. The food is very good and the servers are always willing to assist.

This was second time at Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach, and it was good. I had a great time, the location is perfect for shopping, the night life and the airport is close by. KFC is down the street, Harmony Beach Park is close if you wanna go for a 15 min walk. Great experience. I’m from Mobay so I had no issues with the resort or the area. I’m home when I come here so it’s great.

Some of the staff are very friendly. The food on Monday and Tuesday was really nice. Food could served be a little hotter. Some of the young male staff are a little bit too friendly with the young female guess. My daughters felt a little uncomfortable. I have to be asking for bath toilet most days. Bath mat for the bathroom is always out. Had to call up for bath mat.
