Find another room...save your money!
The only good thing about this room was the location and the view. The room was old and dated and in need of some care. The housekeeper was angry because I asked for new towels. The tv barely worked, its as old aa my 30 year old daughter. I was told that the owner owns several units and they are all bad and I had the worst one...lucky me.

The only thing good was the view very small mangement was off full on the web sight said 2pm checking when we got there they said 3pm checking the AC dont work well . I dont recomend it.

thank you for your review this apartment has older furniture's but is usually very clean also it is the cheapest apartment of th building sorry you didn't like the place but should have reach out to us to see what could be done to upgrade you

thank you for your review the AC in the building is central and the same for all units, unfortunatly there is nothing we can do about that and I didn't hear of anyone sick in any other units hope you get well soon

No internet, air conditioning not cooling.. room not clean during stay..so had to deal with ants and roaches... multiple promises to fix problem but no resolve..ask for a refund or reduce rate and only got the run around.

First let me start off by saying when I went to Check in the front desk lady didn’t even bother to check my confirmation number and my name to see if I was booked. She just said these are private Owed condominiums and she didn’t see anything for me. Remind you she didn’t even look me up. I had to find someone with a phone that calls out the county because they didn’t have WiFi. When I called Expedia they help me. Experdia has to call the miserable lady at the front desk and tell her that we were in a room booked. All of a sudden she found my reservations. When we got to the room it was disgusting. The phone didn’t work the balcony was dirty the bathroom was disgusting not to mention the second day there was no water to even take a shower we had to leave way before checked out because we could’ve take a shower. The view was beautiful. But the rest was straight trash and dirty. No WiFi no water to take a shower. Never again

Save your vacation and go somewhere else
For starters, myself and my husband spent a lot of money for a 2 week stay at Montego Bay Club over the holidays, as people know this is the high season in Jamaica. According to the front desk our unit was to be cleaned every 3 days-- information that was omitted to us until we asked why our room hadn't been cleaned in days. After ONE WHOLE WEEK of no maid visit we had to physically go to the front desk and demand someone come that day and clean our room..(the phones don't work for us to call the front desk). We tried our best to clean as much as we could and keep food areas spotless, but we didn't spend all that money to stay in our room and wash our bedding and towels every other day, which ultimately we had to end up doing. We had roaches and ants in our room which speaks to the cleanliness of the establishment and in the end our room ended up getting cleaned only two times during our entire stay. We did our own grocery shopping and the fridge froze all of our fruits and vegetables causing us to waste a lot of our fresh food. At least one elevator was out of order most of our stay and 2 days of our stay the air conditioning was shut off for maintenance. Our bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and both myself and my husband had trouble staying asleep. I especially woke up with tension headaches due to the discomfort of the bed and pillows. The water in the pool was so cloudy and dirty we opted to pay the extra money and go swim at the Doctors Cave Beach. Room 908 filthy!

TGI was a short stay, near beach and hip Strip.
No WiFi in unit, The old saying "you get what you pay for " seems to hold some ring of truth > It was not as I had expected from the pictures and the description of the place but it was a haven in a safe habor. It was clean . My stay was short. It was in the center of the Hip Strip and near the beach with a view.

Condo rental - not really a hotel
Condo building. Individual condos vary greatly in quality. We got a dirty, rundown condo. Other guests and residents said that the owner of our condo owned nine units and did not have any pride of ownership. His units should be rented from him directly if you want to take the chance. The units should not be considered part of a "hotel" in which you might be expected to some parity of units. There was no internet access.

Thank you for the review. Yes there are rooms with varying upgrade as the apartments are all individually owned. For a more modern room, you would have to pay for a more expensive room type.

Convenient location to the center of town
Walking to the shops and night life was easy. Old place with wifi only in the lobby. Limited amenities and the bar pool and restaurant were minimal at best. The location is the one key and the room is comfortable but that's about it.The balcony with the bay was very nice.

Nice Hotel close to everything
Place need maintenance and cleaning house keeper is a thief my expensive wig was stolen the second day I was there i would never recommend this place to anyone. Nice place just need better upkeep

As we entered the room you could smell food had just finished cooking, the bathroom was dirty the door could not lock now this is a safety issue the manager was not the most understanding person to speak with. and he did not have another room for me to switch out to, It appears to me the owner live's on the property and rent it out as individuals request it, But you must be careful when you are booking anyone and there is a safety hazard .

Be warned! Beware of room 801. Owner (Mr Smith)
"Talk about nasty room". I booked a 3 nights stay at the Montego Bay Club Resort in Jamaica. On arrival everything looked beautiful, even the walkway to the elevator, however once I entered my room it was like traveling back in time. I should have known, by the lack of a simple doorknob. There was only a keyhole and a slat to pull or push the door to enter. Once I entered, the first thing that greeted me was an old dirty accordion door that leads the filthy bathroom. There was no hot water in the shower. The kitchen wasn't much different from the bathroom; no microwave, a dirty old stove with only one working burner. After I finally contacted the owner, to make a complaint, he basically said I got what I paid for. I strongly advise you not to book with Mr. Smith in the Montego Bay Club Condominiums. The nasty unit 801 owned by Mr. Smith.

After I made the booking and paid online, when I arrived no one had my name. I had to wait almost 45mins while they made calls and finally located the person who had my name. Very very poor service. I also paid for internet and there was none.

Not a nice resort it's noisy and rundown
Very horrible experience I will never stay or recommend to anyone, lucky for me I was there only for four days. The AC don't work the lights don't work it's dark the bathroom window leading to the outside landing can't close so I had to take a shower and everyone passed by can see. Complaining to the management seems to have little affect there excuse is "we are not a high end resort"

Dirty hotel.
The ratings for this hotel were falsely represented on your website. Didn't even qualify for a 1-star rating. Very dirty, rude office staff, dingy towels, mold in room, broken wall art, old television with green color only, sheets on bed smelled mildewed, and kitchen was dated and ceiling tiles missing. Baseboards filthy. No WiFi, couldn't make calls from room, had to go to front desk to use and pay.

This condo could be beautiful but was not well maintained. The kitchen was dark and depressing no more than one person could fit in the room. The air worked great, however the noise at night from a local hotel band that was outside was really loud, they finally quit at 10 pm. The wi-fi was strong but the TV didn't work. The overall appearance of the complex was rundown. Doctor's Cave beach however was beautiful and within walking distance and while we didn't use the pool it was big.

Perfect!
This appartment is fantastic. It´s a 14 floor building with individually owned appartments. We had room 1202 with a beautiful view on floor 12 with sun on the balcony and possibility to shade it. Spacious and very comortable. We extended our stay for a week but couldn´t stay in this appartment as we wished for as it was already booked. Instead we got an appartment on the 5th floor with evening sun. Compared to that appartment this one is very quiet. I loved the appartment and i will defintelly look for it again for our next stay.
