First time in Jamaica
The resort was okay…. The customer service personnel at the front desk was not very helpful in explaining on how the resort work when checking in. All she was concerned about was signing paperwork and asking for my credit card to place $300 hold on my card. I was lost trying to find a place to eat. She didn’t provide us with information we needed to learn the resort operations . We had to go back to the office and someone else helped us and provided a map and more detail explanation. The hotel CHARGED me twice on my credit card and no one can explain why this has happened. They were very NONCHALANT about my issue and the problem still not resolved. My credit card company is doing investigation and credit my account later. If you are booking this resort, please check your credit card often because they will try it….. SCAM!!
The room was okay, I noticed there was no microwave in the room. The shower water pressure was extremely low and no hot water on some days. The restaurants were GREAT. I ENJOYED the pools, the bar, the entertainment. The gift shops staffs were not friendly and can be RUDE. The hallway on the first floor smells like mildews, the ceiling is leaking water and a bucket was placed in the hall to collect the water. Very nasty!!!!
Not sure if I will come back to this resort again.. I just didn’t appreciate the customer service I received. I was at this resort for 6nights and it was not CHEAP, but yet, I was charged double the fees.
