"One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Most of the staff were really welcoming and friendly ( I say most because there was one security guard who was quite rude to me when I was asking for help). There are also lots of cats on the property (I think they’re wild) which made my stay so much better. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Rome. Transport to Rome is excellent as well. "

"What a gem! Hotel Universo was a real pleasure to stay at. The facilities and amenities are updated, modern and well appointed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Special note of appreciation to Martin (Front Desk) who was able to make an adjustment to my booking to ensure my stay went well.
