It is not made clear on the Hilton Grand Vacation Mont-Tremblant website that the hotel does not have any food service, a real drawback when the only restaurants or groceries are not within walking distance, you would need to take your car and pay to park. Shuttle stops at 5pm in September. We were visiting for one night only, the hotel was not able to check us in until after 4pm, and despite the Expedia booking indicated 11:00am checkout, we were told that was for owners only, other guests checkout was 10:00am. The front guest team was lovely in any case, and the outdoor landscaping and amenities are super.

An Excellent Place to Stay
The property was very clean and the staff were super nice. We reached at 10AM even though the check-in was at 4. The staff allowed us to park our vehicle and use the shuttle to go to the festival in the town. They even offered us towels to enjoy the pool but were strict about the check in time. We really appreciated that. Our condo was really clean and nice. It felt like we were at home. We had two rooms with a King bed in one and two twins beds and two bathrooms. It was pure luxury. The only thing that we didn't realize was that we had to carry our luggage up which was tiring. No elevators. They even had tennis courts but we didn't have tennis shoes so couldn't use it. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a few days. I would highly recommend this place for families.

Loved the ski shuttle to Tremblant. Loved the ski locker at Tremblant so we didn’t need to carry our skiis. The kitchen was well equipped and the staff were very friendly. Property was well maintained. Great hot tub.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I loved that the resort is on a golf course; I was lucky to see a deer and her baby. No restaurants at the resort but it’s only minutes walking to the Village, where you can easily find a cozy place for dining and drinks. I loved the place and will definitely come back soon.

Site tranquille et bien entretenu. Le Village et la montagne sont accessibles à la marche, ce qui est un bel avantage puisque le stationnement est payant au pied du Mont-Tremblant

I've stayed at Embarc many times and I would like to return. The amenities are great and the staff lovely. However, before making a reservation, I would like to know whether my unit has a view to the mountain or not. The whole point of paying this much money is to be able to wake up in the morning and look at beautiful Mont-Trembalnt in the fall, winter, or summer. In my previous trips, I've always had an amazing view from my window. This time was different. My windows faced the path to the other units. If I had known that I wouldn't have a view, I would have chosen a different hotel.

I will recommand you choose Les Terrasses Vacation Home, those one have the view of the lake and montain. This property is exactly as described. Well kept and clean. Used the grill which was clean and well lit. You can pick herbs from the garden for your food! The toaster in the junior suite was really nice to have, kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is great. Adirondack chairs on porch or balcony. Village is idyllic. Definitely Insta worthy =). Grounds are nice, just don't expect to see the deer in the advert unless you golf early or face the golf course. We faced the mountain; it was very pretty. I definitely would recommend if you want to stay outside the village like we did.

Clean, comfortable, cozy room
Very clean and quiet. Situated in a forested area, but relatively close to the Mont Tremblant village. Used the pool and the jacuzzi. Totally not related to the quality of the hotel, we left a day early due to the severe labor shortage, which means a lot of restaurants were closed. We may go back once Covid situation improves.

Wifi was great, air conditioning was great. Bed was horrible feels like it haven’t changed in 20 yrs. Room was woefully out dated. Coffee maker , ya thing they could have upgraded to an Nespresso! Terrace as stated was in front of the common entrance for the two units!

Embarc Mount Tremblant
Beautiful property! Lovely accommodations. Enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on Lake Tremblant. Cleanliness and all Covid protocols well adhered to on the property. Tremblant Village was very busy and did not visit much. Long lineups at the restaurants as most places were short on service. Visited during an extreme heat wave so AC unit was much appreciated in our 1 bedroom accommodation. Struggling to regulate the temperature was our only issue but overall a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to visit again someday!

The property itself is excellent. The only reason I didn't give it full marks is our room was lower level and it smelled like an old basement. When I told the front desk, they sent an ionizer machine, which only worked for a couple hours. Other than that, e loved the resort!

This was our first time staying here and we will certainly come back. The chalets are roomy, fully equipped, and extra comfortable. Location is great next to the beach and marina, and just minutes away from the village. Amenities (pool, tennis and jacuzzis) are fun and well maintained. The showers, bedding, and giant bath tubs in the chalets are great fun too. We just loved it all! A great place to stay with friends and loved ones!
