Room was clean, appreciated no carpet. Bathroom needs updated. Toilet was loose, toilet tissue holder was not attached to wall, streaks were visible on walls in bathroom.

I been staying with this hotel for a couple times but this recent one doesn't meet my expectations. I would rather go to other hotels for future trip. Owner needs to fix entry door, put a new chair, and new carpet. Bathroom door lock is terrible as well.

Where to begin? AC sounded like a truck running in the room. Breakfast on a scale of to 10…..about a 3. Property condition was rough. Room condition was ok so basically a “get the job done” hotel.

I didn't like that no one was there for check out. Desk manager was friendly, though. Room wasn't very clean and very outdated. Won't go back or recommend.

The beds were clean and incredibly comfortable which is one of the first things we check. The rest of the room looks like they updated the stands and headboards and they were nice as well. The rooms need a gooooood deep clean and some basic maintenance. The microwave was broken and the fridge was moldy and hot. There is still a lot of improvements that need taken care of and it would make a world of difference. Had we not been so exhausted and the beds actually being clean and comfortable we would have went elsewhere. The staff on the other hand were incredibly kind and professional. We didn't partake in breakfast during our stay but it looked like the basic Days Inn breakfast.

The desk inside the room I didn’t like the beds they are so old style I hit my foot twice on one of the metals sticking out you all need to be careful and fix that because a kid can hurt themselves I didn’t like how the owners are all about everyone’s business it doesn’t make the place seem right the room was supposively smoke free but it didn’t smell like it was I am so disappointed in overall with this hotel I wouldn’t recommend and I don’t think I will be going back.

The property itself wasn’t bad but on the website it said our room had “2 doubled beds, sleeps 5”. We had 2 double beds but there is no way the room sleeps5 because there was no other place to sleep. Also, in the book in the room it said the breakfast started at 6 but it didn’t actually start till 7. I was told that was because they are short staffed, which I totally understand, but it should have been made clear from the beginning so we weren’t waiting around for an hour in the morning wondering. Plus the breakfast wasn’t all that great. Another thing was that online it said they have a pool, but when we got there it wasn’t open. I think it would have been nice to at least be aware of that before we got there.

The property needs an upgrade, on the outside. The inside of the room was “okay”. Beds were decent, and it was cleanish. There were some dead flies in the room, but they were dead… so nothing terrible. The pool was also closed, which was really annoying on a day it was 95 degrees and my kids were looking forward to swimming. Check in was easy and the employee was nice. If I had to stay again, I wouldn’t pick this hotel.

The Motel is very outdated and dirty. I asked for a non-smoking room and the room they put us in was an old smoking room that was no longer a smokers room but it smelt so gross like a stale smoker's house, the furniture had burned spots where they use to set their burning cigarettes like on the bedside table, the smoke alarm on the wall looked like it cough on fire at one time, I'm not sure how that's even possible I wish I could show a image of it. The bathroom tile floor was so dirty, there was hair in the corners where you can tell the cleaners did not care to get it clean. The beds, sheets, and pillows were decent though. If you are traveling though Monett and want to stay the night I would not suggest this motel for them to stay in.

They indicate free breakfast. They aren’t offering anything but coffee and bars. The appearance of the facility is not like pictured. It is pretty ruff. However the beds were very comfortable The air system unfortunately we think are linked as we smelled pot coming through the cooling/heating system most of the night

The woman at check in was very nice but the room was not what I had expected. The photos are deceiving. I arrived to completely sanitize the room before my family could take residence. The tables and tv stand were filthy. The chairs were dirty at best.

The hotel breakfast was Dollar Store hobey buns; nothing substantial or healthy. The room had ants and found another bug. The owners were very nice and helpful. The building is old and rundown.

Check in was good, no problems. Took about 5 minutes. The first night and next day were good. The only problem was that the first morning room service came to clean but we were still in the room, all I asked for was clean towels, got them. On the second day they didn’t come to clean at all. Third day same, didn’t get even clean towels, had to go ask for some. Fourth day, they made beds and got clean towels but didn’t take out the trash, we had gathered trash from all other days, had one large trash bag full and was still sitting there when we got back to room. For what I paid to stay four nights, not too happy!

Harry (front desk) accommodated us very well with a last minute change in our reservation. The room smelled of latent vomit or something similarly sour. The desk chair was broken and the other chair was unstable, as well as the desk. The furniture wasn't very safe, but the bed was very comfortable. I'm glad we only stayed one night. I picked Day's Inn because they had smoking rooms available. When I had to make the change, I got non-smoking. Smoking rooms smell no worse than the room we got. We'll continue staying at Super 8 across the street.

We were there for business and our first night was good. We arrived at 12:30am. We had been travel for 15 hours and we were so tired. We didn’t noticed anything because we were so tired. On our second night they were small insects crawling our bed sheets. We couldn’t sleep.

The motel was very outdated. Floors were very cold. Although beds were comfortable and once the room warmed up it was fine. Despite being right on a busy roadway the room was quiet.

Check in person (probably owner) was abrupt, rude, not helpful. Property is older and run down—nothing like the pictures displayed on Expedia. Expedia needs to correct description of property as it is deceptive at best. Motel required prepayment and I ended up paying $106 for a $70 motel. I probably will never consider a Days Inn property again.
