Great price. Very convenient for getting straight on the slopes. Breakfast is superb, if not a little busy. Hotel seems to be teeming with schoolkids. Parking cost is very acceptable compared to some other places. Not being able to check in until 5pm is a pain but often some rooms are ready early.

Avoid. Staff told us we were supposed to book parking in advance yet nothing was mentioned in the booking. Ended up having to walk 5k on our first day to bring our belongings to the hotel room. Not to mention the lack of help front desk at the hotel reception. Also, expect 0 heating in your bedroom and a blanket on the bed while it’s -12C outside. Would definitely not class this as a three stars hotel. Oh - and television had two channels working. Welcome to the year 2000.

A lovely old hotel, which while slightly crumbling on the outside, was beautifully maintained inside. Unbeatable views over the town and ski-slopes from the rooms and from the terrace bar. The hotel is close to a chair-lift for transport into the centre of Pradollano. The hotel beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept spotless by hard-working staff. The buffet-style food service in the restaurant offers plenty of options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2022 (family group of 7 in 3 rooms). The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A sweet hotel in Sierra Nevada mountains, nice spa And sauna. Dinner and breakfast were also exemplary. The room was cozy with a pleasant mountain view.

Okay hotel but not good food
We were super excited when we read “ski-in/ski-out hotel.” We went in February and there was not a ton of snow around the hotel. We were told to go to the city center to get on the lift to go snowboarding. We were told that you could snowboard back to the hotel but nobody was able to guide us once on the slopes. Pros: The hotel is well heated so you don’t have to wear a jacket around when you leave your room. Plenty of areas to sit outside of your room. Bar cafe is open until midnight. We got coffee and dessert after dinner. Room had a balcony and bathroom with separate toilet room. Staff was friendly, checked in online. Staff offered us the chance to take a shower when we returned from snowboarding although we had already checked out (were only going to pick up our stuff). They gave us a towel and let us use the spa bathrooms. Cons Hotel is kind of far from city center (plaza) if you are going by foot. It is all uphill if you have to carry luggage/equipment. Food was not good. We purchased the dinner and breakfast buffet. Drinks (even soft drinks) were not included with dinner which I did not realize ahead of time. Dinner was okay but breakfast not so much. There was variety but most things did not look or taste delicious (e.g. churros were not crispy brown and were soggy).

Good location but terrible food. Dated rooms
During our stay the dinner was inedible, not only was the food cold but the quality is really terrible. The staff were so apologetic but to be fair they had to change from buffet to table service and were not equipped for this. We did complain to reception and cancel the following nights dinner. As we had prepaid the receptionist said we would receive a refund, however a week later we are still waiting for this to happen. The rooms are clean but very dated however the hotel has a nice bar area. We were able to ski in/out which was great. There is a great sun terrace but it does get extremely hot in the afternoon and I would recommend some shade.

Good price / value. I will stay again. The rooms are not insulated good. So you will hear when next door goes to the toilet or if they have fun in the bed.

The staff were all great. Great ski in ski in/out location but a bit of distance from main town square. the walls between rooms seemed thin as noise from next door or corridor seemed loud.

Marvelous staff, very helpful. Food was very nice but at dinnertime the dining room is rather noisy, due to many groups of youngsters (12-16 years) The property could need some brushes of paint. We would could come back, but only in the periods that there are no groups of young teenagers. Special thanks to the manager, Sr Antonio who has been very accommodating indeed! Robert & Agi

Fantastic experience
Impressive trip, the Sierra Nevada is amazing. But the hotel is very noize you listen to your neighbors talking and the room service is very loud in the early morning. We were not aware that we should reserve a parking spot, this caused some stress at check-in.

Would return.
Nice hotel, a little dated in places but on the whole good condition & excellent value. Perfect location for ski in/out mere meters from the pistes. Hotel also had a nice outdoor terrace off of bar for post ski wind-down drinks. Breakfast & dinner was good for the low cost option of going half-board. Would certainly return.

Good Location
Good location close to chair lift and possible to ski in and out with ski lockers on ground floor. Rooms spacious but very tired and in need of a complete refurbishment. Bed typical Spanish style with sheets and blanket rather than a duvet. Dinning room, lounge area and bar all very good.

I stayed at this hotel for a weeks skiing holiday. The hotel has all the facilites that you need. Restaurant, health / relaxation / massage Service, Ski locker rooms, Kids play area, Large terrace next to the piste, bar, car parking, wifi, etc...etc.... For me the Ski in Ski out was absolutely marvellous. Not having to wait for the ski bus or walk around the town with my skiboots was fantastic... it saved me lots of time and it also meant that I could take the last lift up right at the far end of the resort and ski all the way back to the hotel !!! However what I was most impressed by, was the excellent service of the staff and personal help from the hotel director after I had an accident on piste. The director (Mr. Antonio) sent someone to pick me up from the medical centre, and when I arrived, he personally made sure I got to my room alright and instructed the hotel staff to look after my needs for the remainder of my stay. His hands-on approach and readiness to help was absolutely Godsent. In our culture we say 'True virtue can only be seen in times of need !' The team at this hotel, right from the top, to the people at the main desk, to the people working at the bar, to the ladies cleaning the corridors (who without any instructions came to help me with my luggage just because she saw me struggling) proved that you can rely on them for their assistance when you really need to. I can therefore highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will not go anywhere else next time I

Hi all, i don't usually bother leaving a review but having read some of the other reviews I think some are a bit harsh. It's fantastic value ,All the staff are so pleasant and helpful, ski in/out , onsite ski rental, lift pass available within 100m , breakfast and dinner as good as you will get in the resort (unless you are loaded) so what's not to like? I just stayed over half term , had to be 50 school kids there ,no noise , no problems at meal time ,all in all great. Ignore the other sad reviews , this place is great value!!!

Several school parties meant the stay was ruined by bad behaviour, kids running around at all hours setting off fire alarm and running and shouting in the corridors until the early hours. No sleep for 2 days so we packed up and left. Many families complained and the staff were helpful pity the school teachers were useless.

Good hotel next to piste for ski in ski out
Enjoyable stay for one weeks skiing. Excellent location for ski in ski out, one of only a few in the resort to truly be able to boast this. Staff all very friendly and helpful. 3 single beds in our room were ideal and comfortable. Room decoration a little tired & dated. Ensuite shower room adequate, but again dated with shower head held together with tape. Public areas & bar are all pleasant and well maintained. We stayed half board, with plentiful & varied food available at all meal times. The bar and terrace areas are welcoming and lively. A most enjoyable stay and can happily recommend.

The hotel is extremely tired and the room decor and quality of bed linen was dreadful. The bathroom smelt of mildew!!

Perfectly situated, ski in , ski out it said ...........and it was! my booking got a little muddled and we had to change rooms after our first night. The hotel staff were genuinely apologetic that this had happened. Throughout our stay all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Don't always get that level of service in a 'group' hotel!

Pleasant stay & nice staff
We have just returned from a very nice break in Sierra Nevada. We were there from Tue to Sat. The trip could easily have been ruined by me falling & breaking my shoulder on the first day. However, the staff were extremely kind, friendly & helpful. We found the rooms to actually be better than anticipated. We were a wee bit concerned, as the hotel does look a wee bit jaded on the outside. However, rooms were fine. We had a nice big family room. Loads of space, nice big bathroom & 2 showers. The only criticism, ironically, was that the room was too warm! We couldn't find a way to turn down! I see some people annoyed about view (didn't go for the view!) & lack of English language channels on TV (really, remember, you are in Spain!). Really, a non-issue! We were half board. I feel we got an excellent deal. Breakfast & dinner were buffet but quality & selection was great. We hired gear from the ski shop in the hotel - ski Sabica. I found them to be extremely helpful. When I injured my shoulder & couldn't ski, they kindly & with no quibble took back the equipment & didn't charge anything for the rental. In addition, they made sure not overcharged for the hire. Thank you for your kindness & honesty. This counts for a lot. Thank you, folks.

Check in not until 5pm, not impressive but fine if that is the policy it’s hard to argue. This is one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Do not plan on getting any sleep. The hallways echo, the doors and walls are paper thin. The doors slam and will wake up even the deepest sleeper. It felt like a loud hostel with private rooms.
