This hotel was very, very clean and had good parking too. The employees were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the Tru hotels.

Interesting that they have a pool table -- in place of an actual pool. If I had had the time I would have played a game or two. Maybe next time. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. All the stars for the staff. Hotel is basic but clean and met our needs

This hotel was okay overall all but I do have one major safety problem. I was in a handicap room by choice. My complaint is that there were no grippies on the bottom of the bathtub. Once I used soap, shampoo, and conditioner, the bottom of the tub was so slippery that I had to finish the rest of my shower while constantly holding on to one of the wall railings. Even then I was still scared I was going to slip and fall. I was with a friend who also rented a handicap room, and she said her bathtub was very slippery too. Please Tru Hilton, put grippies on the bottom of your bathtubs!!!!!

We usually have a very good check-in and time here at Tru by Hilton, but this time The clerk told me that I couldn’t park my pick up truck and trailer on the premises and I had to park in the street. Where he told me to park was a no parking tow away zone. This was very frustrating and disappointing especially after driving 12 hours to get here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend and had a mixed experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was decent with no complaints. However, I was disappointed to find that my room was not cleaned properly. There were dried food stains on the lampshade, hair in the tub, and on the sink area. This aspect of cleanliness definitely needs improvement for a more satisfying guest experience.

I’ve stayed at this location before that’s why I rebooked here again . But this time maybe the final time . We didn’t receive any room service until the day before check out . We stayed for 4 nights . We needed fresh clean towels and room cleaned . I guess they don’t offer daily room service.

The staff was nice, bed comfortable, quiet despite being pet friendly and lots of pet families, breakfast was good. We brought our cat and dog, they were very comfortable and had room to stretch their legs. Shampoo and soap in abundance, didn’t even have to use my home soaps.

Receptionist needs a friendlier attitude. This is my fourth stay here. I like the contemporary design of the property. My room has always been spotless until this trip. The room has an unusual odor and areas of the room are not as clean as usual. This won’t stop me from returning, but I hope for a better experience next time. And a $50 pet fee is a bit steep. IMO.

Okay! First off the bathroom sink kept backing up! Only one garbage can In the room customer service sucked their attitudes was horrible! Housekeeping came in to my room without our permission made up one bed left the other one didn’t leave any towels….

A very nice place to stay.
This was our 2nd time staying at this particular location. We stayed there last year & were really pleased with everything & it didn't disappoint us this time either. This hotel is our go-to place to stay if we overnight in Mobile. There's a decent selection of stores & food near by & even a Costco right next door.
