Hi Robert,Sorry for the inconvience. Most people when they are going to the cruise do not book our park and cruise package so when guests are booking through 3rd party sites and then the hotel does not know they need to go to the cruise terminal as well it becomes a little hectic. Most people call the hotel ahead of time to inform them that they would be needing shuttle services so the hotel knows ahead of time because we are not a 24 hr shuttle. Our shuttle ends at 11pm promptly
