This property was nice, clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was nice. Our bad experience was at check-in. As I usually do, I ask we we can get a room with a view (understanding that it might not happen, it will be ok but it never hurts to ask), instead of the common "sorry, we don't have anything available", the young lady said "aw, you only booked the double queen room, so you can't have the view". Wow, it was almost funny, but she was serious! The funny thing came when she said "we do housekeeping every other day"... and then I asked "awwww, is that because we only booked the double queen room?" LOL. I understand that off season rates are cheaper, but the tall and pretty young lady didn't have to make us feel like Hyatt was doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Maybe it was because we booked through Expedia? Hmmm, we'll never know. Anyways, the rest of the staff was nice and again, the property was great, and I even enjoyed the view of the rock hill wall view from my comfy bed with plush pillows...
