Known by locals, the staff put everything to be convenient, rags ti clean your bike, washing machine for clothes, filtered water station, pool heated at 82f, unlimited coffee, parking convenient, safe, close to town (walkable) and to bike trails. It’s noisy though. They provides new earplugs to all guests! It’s weird that a looot of 10 wheelers go through a slow pace downtown continuously. It’s Moab!

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Our fridge wasn’t working right and within 10 minutes of notifying them, the maintenance guy had it changed out for another one that worked great.

Best valued hotel in Moab that is near the Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park, etc. Spacious and very clean room, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, even the laundry is included. Highly recommended.
