"Hotel was Great. Comfy bed, nice staff, provided a decent hairdryer for me. Wish there was a kettle in the room though. Not the hotels fault but getting into town was a nightmare - the airport train was suspended due to essential work - the replacement bus 163 to Schönefeld to get another train was terrible - the bus was delayed by 40 mins on several occasions. I’m sure it’ll be better when this problem is fixed and hope it is soon, if the rail link was open it would be a great place to stay....

"The hotel was clean and fairly close to the airport with a shuttle that runs to take you there in the early morning. It does not shuttle from the airport to the hotel when you arrive though. You must catch the metro bus for that. The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. Everything was perfect! "

"Nice sized room with a comfortable bed. Not much in the way of storage. No air con so it was very humid at times as Berlin had a heatwave at the time of our stay. Karlshorst S-Bahn was a five minute walk away and there were a number restaurants on the main drag that the hotel was situated on. Unfortunately, the main road was extremely busy with traffic, trams and emergency vehicles. The trams in Karlshorst run 24 hours a day. With no air con the window had to stay open.
