"1st we were charged more for the room than what was on the Expedia site when I made the reservations. When I asked about the price discrepancy the kid working the front desk had no explanation and basically told me good luck finding cheaper rooms in Mitchell that night as there was a big softball tournament in town that weekend. I did some checking and he was correct I couldn't find anything else available so we were stuck. Once in the rooms one of the toilets wasn't working properly and flooded the room floor, I went down to the front desk to get help with that situation and to get moved to a non flooded room. The kid at the front desk, clearly in way over his head then asked if I wanted to stay in the room and try a plunger to fix the toilet, because he wasn't sure he had any other rooms available, after looking through his computer he did find a down graded room but charged us the same price as the larger family suite and since we didn't have any other choices in town we took that option. We settled into our new room we thought we would go for a swim with the kids, we get to the pool and the pool was down and couldn't be used, lastly all of the ice machines in the Hotel were out of order as well."
