Bathroom had an odor the first night. It disappeared after leaving the door open all night. The toilet had a ring of dirt along the waterline. Other areas were clean and acceptable.

Great location. Stayed before and always a positive experience but this time I experienced: the pool wasn’t open, constant loud stomping right above me continuously; all day and night- like intentional, the room didn’t have blow dryer, the iron didn’t work, the refrigerator wasn’t staying cold and worst no hot water- said it was repaired and it wasn’t. This is the exact opposite of all my prior experiences and I was stunned - normally great from staff to room. The ice machine wasn’t clean or working. Laundry the water wasn’t hot and didn’t know till after I spent money.

We had kids drinking and running around the hotel one night and we found bed bugs in one of our rooms, caught a bed bug and went to check in with it in a bag to show them and they asked what room and then said they would look into it.

Big rooms, cozy. mini fridge in the room ran too cold and froze all our drinks and food over. found it odd that the windows on the second floor opened all the way with no screen. someone could easily jump or fall out of the second story

Had an issue with night clerk on 4/20/2024. One of my staff got locked out of room about 11:30pm. Went to front desk to talk to night clerk and he was no where to be found. There were other people up there trying to reach him as well. He had shone signs of being intoxicated about 11pm when we witnessed him last. Tried repeatedly to call with no answer. Banging on door and window to office with no response. Contacted another Baymont in the area and the owner showed up from other location. He happened to know owner of the one we were staying at. Upon entering the coded door and opening the office door the night clerk was passed out in the floor. By 1:30am my staff finally got new key to room, guest that were waiting left for new hotel. Was not happy.

Waited 10-15 minutes at checkin for someone to arrive at the desk. Upon arriving in our room there were candy wrappers left behind the toilet and the room lacked a good cleaning. During our stay we never saw anyone behind the desk or in breakfast area. Saying they offer breakfast is overrated as choices are very limited. Experienced a terribly disruptive evening as several groups arrived after 11pm to checkin, however, no one was at the desk. These folks began calling the office as instructed, but no one responded. After that proved unsuccessful they began knocking on doors waking others in their rooms. This went for at least several hours all because no one was working the desk. Management lacks customer service expected by a well-known franchise, as well as, creating potential security issues for customers as there is no supervision of those entering the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but this property has become dirty & disgusting. We had to beg for enough towels for the number of people in the room & we’re told several times the towels were “in the dryer”. The 2nd night, we asked for more towels….gave 4 (for a reservation with 5) & were given back 3 & told they’d bring some later. Took a remote down for batteries later & asked for towels a 3rd time - got 1 battery replaced in the remote (still didn’t work) & 2 waded up towels (they were at least warm). Lounge chairs in the pool were destroyed & falling in. There were chips on the floor in the lobby. The pull out couch was a sunken mess & we couldn’t even use the pull out bed due to springs popping out. The couch had something that looked like hot chocolate powder all over it. There were stains on the sheets & several towels. Absolutely ridiculous & I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Had to look at 3 different rooms as the first bathroom still had someone's hair stuck to the shower and bathtub needs to be reglazed as it was so super chipped. Second bathroom smelled like pee. 3rd room was okay, however, cleaning needs to greatly improve at this location a lot of dirt/grime in corners...need a thorough spring cleaning.

The property was relatively clean and the staff was nice. The only problem was the boiler broke down so there was no hot water. Other than that I was satisfied with my stay.

Clean room but stay was lackluster.
The room was clean, as was the bathroom. However: 1) There was no accessible outlet for me to plug my cpap in by the bed hubby and I choose. Kids were given the bed closest to the wall that would be harder for us adults to manuever around, and we discovered the next morning that they had the only outlet next to a bed. 2) Our bed was hard & lumpy. Between not having my cpap and being unable to get very comfortable, I only got a couple hiurs of sleep. Same for the hubby and our daughter. Only our son seemed to get rested and that's probably because he slept mostly on top of some pillows. 3) Be cautious when sitting down on the desk chair. If you lean back even slightly you feel like you're going to topple over, because of how the chair shifts. 4) The fridge inside the tv stand didn't work. As far as we could tell, it was plugged into the only available outlet in the room. We didn't turn on the tv, but at least we were able to crawl under the desk to plug in some devices. It was too far away to power my cpap (it has no battery). 5) The toilet didn't want to flush sometimes. 6) There was some sort of green tape around the top of the tub. Maybe a guide for someone to put caulking? Seemed like an odd room to give us, if it needed maintenance. 7) Across from our room was a handicapp room. We were on the 2nd floor and there's no elevator. Seems like a bad place to put a handicap room, because nobody in a wheelchair could get there. 8) Breakfast was okay but bagels were stale.

It took 10 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. The rooms look like they haven't been properly cleaned in months. There was an inch of dust on the head boards, redish orange splash marks on the wall in the bathroom. The outlet under the desk wouldn't work unless the switch just inside the door was switched on, which in turn nabbed the bright ceiling light had to be on as well. The breakfast was not the best. They had no milk for the cereal. The had no juice in the dispensers except orange and it came out dark orange.

The toilet in the original room was leaking. I was been told that that was normal. He said that we could stay in that room because it’s normal or he could transfer us to another room. The second room although the toilet wasn’t leaking the tub had tape around it as it looks as if they had just got done caulking it, or painting in the tub was very cheap. The bathroom floor was dirty in additional blanket in the closet also had stains.

Don’t even think about it!
Room was filthy and smelled terrible- smelled of feet and urine. The bedside table was sticky as if someone had spilled something on it and it was not cleaned up. Bathroom tub had mold. Beds were as hard as a rock and the pillows too! We ended up packing our bags and leaving the hotel at 1am- we couldn’t tolerate it any longer. It was horribly sickening ! also there’s no elevator at this hotel.

One of the things listed in the amenieties is black out curtains. The black out curtains don't even go 1/2 way accross the window. We were on the 1st floor and our window lined up with the entrance. There was no privacy and we had headlights constantly shining through our window. In order to watch TV, we had to leave the entry light on. When I went to take a shower, there were long black hairs and an earring on the floor...none of which belonged to me. The customer service was terrible.

The baymont had a good bed and tv. The bathroom had no electrical outlets, so hard to dry hair or use curling iron. The party next door was very noisy and out in the fall noise too. Very thin walls, so made sleeping difficult.
