The property was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. However I did not like the layout of the building. I paid for a premium king room with a balcony. The balcony was located right above the outside area used for events. So that was not relaxing with all the noise at night. Then also the tv was not up to date. No apps available on tv, just basic cable. We just decided to spend most of our time at night away from the hotel.

We had visible pink mold in our sink which says it hasn’t been cleaned properly. Told front desk. At first nothing but than just said thank you for letting me know. Take that as you wish. The lot is a little small and we don’t feel necessarily comfortable parking on the one side by the fast food place in a less lit/visible area. When we first got on our floor it smelled terrible, but then it went away shortly after. For a night or two the location is ideal and I love the free parking. The price was really great also. The room itself was tidy and the bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows which I like. The shower pressure was nice but the shower looked slightly aged. The provided pump dispensers for shampoo & conditioner are in there for your convenience. Didn’t get to use the pool or try out the inside bar but it does close typical earlier hotel time. I would stay again.

It was clean, which is the most important to me and the staff were friendly. However, the main door to our room was very hard to open and close. One of the hinges was loose. The shower didn’t have very good water pressure (but good temp). The WiFi is only free if you sign up for their program (which is free). The biggest problem was it’s not daily maid service, only every 4th day. It seemed like a 2 star hotel, certainly not 3 star.

Near Winn Dixie, Waffle House, Smoothie Kings, Salon, Souvenir shop, shopping mall, plenty of restaurants, all at a walking distance. about 5 minute walk to the beach. Convenient hotel, if you don't mind not being on the beach.

Staff was very unpleasant! Never experienced anything like this with staying at the Hilton before. Also I asked for extra towels for the room and they sent someone my husband answered the door the worker gave him the towels and asked for the dirty ones so my husband let the door go to go get them and the worker put his foot in the door to stop it from closing while he waited! It was very weird and creepy and That could have ended so badly!

Will not stay here again. The hotel could not accommodate fresh linen and towels without a hassle. The housekeeping manager was very rude. The pool was not heated.

I had such a nice, relaxing time staying at the Hilton. It was during Spring Break, and I wanted to be closer to my siblings who were staying across the street. The hotel was quiet, clean, and super convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

My son and I really loved that activities were within walking distance. I also really really liked the personal communications via text message. It’s more convenient and the turn around time to respond to needs was very quick. Every staff member we encountered was very professional and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling with kiddos.

Great location. Exactly as you would expect a Hilton Garden Inn to be. Not too expensive, clean, and this one is in a great location. It is not the Ritz, but it is comfortable and clean

When we arrived for our check in, I waited about 15 minutes as a receptionist was helping a guest with check in. The smell of the hotel was so strong in cologne, it was uncomfortable. I thought it was just from a guest here earlier. She should have called for help. When it was my turn, check in went smooth. She gave me my room card. We took the elevator up to level 2. As soon as you stepped out of the elevator the strong cologne smell was everywhere in this building. It didn’t like it at all. We then found our room and checked it out. The room was cleaned but didn’t smell clean. I checked the bathroom and realized there were no towels or hand towels. We had 3 people in our group. We set our stuff down and heading out for the Seascape light festival. On our way out I stopped and spoke with the receptionist and let her know that I need at least 3 towels and some hand towels for our stay. Check in time for this hotel was at 4:00pm. We were running late and got here at 6:00pm. They should have gotten our room ready. When I told her about the towels she said they are probably in the laundry room getting dried. We came back and they have dropped off some towels and hand towels for us. The bed was soft and comfortable but the pillows were not. Overall our stay was okay. For $163/night, I was hoping for a better service and quality. I would not go back.

I was shocked to stay at a supposed reputable hotel and not have enough towels. There were three of us staying in a room with two beds. The first night we had two wash cloths. The next day we put in three requests for towels and wash cloths and were informed that they were on back order. So they didn't clean the room and didn't give us fresh towels. Would you expect to stay at a hotel with no beds? This is ridiculous. Back order.. not my problem...

The works were so nice and the hotel was nice the only problem I had was my coffee machine wasn’t working in my room but the do have coffee in the lobby. The main problem I had was with Expedia . I will never use them again.
