Comfortable stay at Hilton Shenzhen

"The Hotel is still fairly new, rooms are well designed and spacious. Beds are comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Room fridge is only stocked on requests. Wifi connectivity was not great and caused a few interruptions while working. Business center is only available if you book on the executive levels. They did however allow me to sit there the one afternoon on request. Restaurant provides a wide range of cuisine. The food was very good. The area is still being developed and for foreigners visiting this can be a bit of a challenging as the closest ATM was one train stop away. Reception, when booking in was very organized and arranged extra towels without asking when they saw were 3 people staying in the room. Concierge was very help full to arrange transfer to Hong Kong Airport on the last day."

"Like : cleanliness , convenient, great service during my stay and like to say thank you to the room director Mr. Frank Pang and appreciate his good cautious and attentive services provided . A well manner staff of Baililai , should deserve my recommendation and recognised his hard work. Dislike: Is the breakfast has fallen in quality comparing to last year , Food was either hard or uncooked or did not top up in time for guests "

"Sometimes one person can make all the difference. Jessica at the front desk made every effort and went out of her way to assist with local information and Transportation assistance. Thank you. The corner room can run hot in the daytime so avoid if the room is needed during daylight. "

"Very good for a short visit business trip. Still in a development area and not much shops around (as of Sep-23). However few convince stores around. Make sure you have cash."
