I decided to give it a shot even though it was right across from the baseball stadium and a very loud area. However I found the apartment hotel to be excellent well-maintained beautiful, right across the street from the metro a few local dining options but many others within half a mile walk and of course the baseball and basketball stadiums within five minutes of your hotel overall I’d highly...

"We needed a place for 7 people for a night. The ooo's and ahhh's as we explored our space said it all. There is no doubt that on our next visit we will try and stay at the Berkman again."

"This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). This meant a nice big tub even if it was pink from another...

"There was NOT staff on site 24 hours a day despite being told twice there would be, and NO staff on site on weekends. All communication had to be through an app and you had to wait for them to respond. Our message asking about linens for the sofa sleeper never received a response. "

"I attended a conference downtown Minneapolis and stayed here. Really excellent option for me. Nicer than most of the hotels I could have chosen while paying significantly less. Walkable to a nice grocery store. Great kitchen and refrigerator. On the weekend it was a six minute drive to the conference center."

"Place was very nice. Elevator smelled like weed all day every day. Wireless in room didn’t work. Tv uses chromecast so I could not use that. Communication was great. Will stay again. "

"Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. "
