Wonderful, welcoming, friendly staff. Many of them have been with the St. Paul Hotel for much more than a decade. We're sure they're still loving their positions because they are respected and treated well, too.

This was my second annual staycation at St. Paul Hotel. I will continue to choose this as my spot due to the amenities, and service. I love the valet parking and make a point to leave once or twice to enjoy the great service. The room service is such a great way to start my day and the breakfast is delicious.

Really cool hotel in downtown St Paul. Close to hockey and within walking distance of a lot of cool restaurants and lots of other things to do. We’d definitely stay again

This hotel is just lovely-from the garden like entrance and valet greeting to the wonderful St. Paul Grille for lunch, walking distance to Landmark Center and Sakura Restaurant (skyway access). The room was beautifully decorated, the fitness room has an amazing view, and the staff was outstanding! I will be back!!

I never write reviews, but I'll make an exception just this once. Yes, the coffee and croissants at the Lobby Bar were surprisingly good. But Matt, the hotel's security officer, is simply an astoundingly decent human being who does his job with a rare sensitivity and wisdom. Thank you, Matt.

Great location but parking was a bit of a struggle. The consierge made sure to suggest a bit of a less expensive garage but it was not included in the stay.

Lovely place to stay in an excellent location near the Xcel center. Only negative was that it was a very warm weekend and they hadn't turned over to their air conditioning yet. Made for very warm nights in the room
