This 6-story Hyatt Place has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery. Hosts are available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation, 24 hours a day.
The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes Starbucks specialty drinks, beer, wine and spirits. Full menu for dining options are available 24-hours a day. A self-help case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours; a complimentary Continental breakfast with Starbucks coffee is served each morning.
Among complimentary amenities are use of the TV room with its 42-inch flat-panel screen and seating for four, use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer, all in the Gallery area; and hotel-wide wireless Internet access. Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 housebroken household pets (defined as a dog) per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of $150.00 for the 1st pet and an additional $50.00 fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs each. Service animals are exempt from fees.
