Overall a okay stay.. wouldnt stay again probably the front guest was rude the pool was cold and we had someone try to come in our room before check out.... didnt like when we checked in the lady asked if it was just 2 of us staying in the king size hotel room. Said no their will be 4. Immediately said 4 people cant do that then wanted to charge us more for the other room... so we stayed with the king room. Also no microwave in rooms at all. Have to use a broken one down in the lobby area... very inconvenient. The best part was seeing the airplanes take off and lane right outside our window. Would not stay again.

Hello Joy,Thank you for reviewing our hotel. I have checked your reservation and you only indicated two people and reserved a king size bed. A room with two doubles and sofa bed would have been at an extra cost as well as an upgraded room with a microwave. We are not aware of the lobby microwave having any issues as it is used several times a day without complaints.We suggest booking the room type needed and adding all guests at the time of booking so that you can secured your room as needed. We hope you’ll give us another try.
This was one of our best trips. We went for our sons graduation. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end!
Our transportation made it so convenient and he was amazing taking us to and from the dining locations and mall. The staff was super helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. The breakfast was amazing! Couldn’t say enough great things about our stay. We would def recommend this hotel to anyone visiting! Thank you again for making it memorable!
The only think I didn't like was that the parking was private and you have to pay per day.

It was a great place to stay room was comfortable and staff was friendly. The accommodation was great and breakfast was good.

Pay parking is cheap way to collect extra money. Just add $11 to the cost of the room and dont have a sneaky parking chanrge.

The room was suitable, clean, and mostly quiet. However, the staff was unprofessional in appearance and demeanor. The lobby was small and cramped, as was the breakfast room. And there was a fee to park, which I consider a bait-and-switch. For those reasons I wouldn't lodge there again.

I like it’s location very close to Mall of America and the airport. Very clean and room is spacious. But you have to pay a parking.

Was a great place to stay . Only thing I didn’t like was our last night there we had a bill due for parking , I took it to the front desk and they said we will take care of it. Awesome breakfast though

We are disappointed with this property. Cleanliness and bad smell is an issue, we had to change the check in room. We found quite a few bed bugs.

My daughter woke up with what appeared to be a tic on her back after complaining of itching. Her mom looked at her back before scratching and noticed what looked like a tic. After making my kids shower we discovered another one in the bathroom. Upon checking out we informed the staff and they told us they would contact room service to look into it and have it cleaned. I didn’t expect anything for the experience but the lack of what seemed to be caring bothered me. Just a “we’ll look into it” didn’t sit well with me. Other than that the property was properly maintained and close to everything.

Front desk in plain clothes, unprofessional. “Fitness centre” was too hot, 71F, asked 3 employees to adjust the temperature. No water in the rooms. Patrons were very loud, all night. Location is good, but I would not go back here & would choose another hotel in the area. Also had to pay for parking, $10/day.

A very courteous and helpful staff. We flew in from Vancouver, BC and checked in past midnight. The staff was super friendly and the room was great. Very spacious and clean.
