We got in the room and went to check the beds and one of the pillows had a little scorpion spider crawling on it! I was horrified and ready to leave right then and there but my friend convinced me to stay and she slept in that bed while I slept in the bed that didn’t have any spiders. Then the toilet kept having issues flushing, even when it was only urine! At 4:30 AM I was woke up by the sound of a big truck or heavy equipment backing up in the parking lot…loud beep beep beep and banging noise. I won’t be back to this hotel.

Close to restaurants, a theater complex, and a large plant nursery. Room was fine, bed and pillows were great. Breakfast area and food were very nice. Drawbacks- Fox News was on in the lobby. That was insulting. Why not the weather channel, or even sports? Also, soundproofing was not good. But, mostly it’s a thumbs up.

Breakfast was good. Simple but excellent. The gentleman Stacy who was working was very polite and keep everything picked up and wiped down.

This facility has easy access off Highway 52, the staff are pleasant and professional, rooms were big and clean. Walking distance to two decent restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

There must have been someone with the same name as me and they were checked in under our reservation. The first staff member we spoke to was very condescending and when we called her out, she became mean and rude. The second person we dealt with was very nice, helpful, and understanding.

Very comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly! The breakfast was clean and fresh. Hot food included vacon or sausage and these tasty little omelets.

Overall a very good experience! Had a wonderful breakfast. The toilet wound up running overnight but it was an easy fix. Some loud guests above our room.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and unless you ask for room to be cleaned in between nights they will not do it. Hotel is dirty rundown you can hear everything around you. Breakfast was not the usual for This chain. Carpet was dirty and dingy bathroom had mold behind the dated wallpaper. Sorry never at this location again

They didn't replenish our coffee supplies for the next day (nor any room service for that matter), the bathroom fan didn't work, the desk chair wouldn't stay elevated, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason and we all had to be evacuated and sit in our running cars to stay warm. No explanation, no apologies, and no comp for our inconvenience.

Dated and crumbling.
It was quiet. The food was standard. The building was clean. The staff were kind and helpful. As for the building itself, it seems to be aging. One of the curtains was missing from the window. The plaster was crumbling in certain areas. The room design was very utilitarian with no aesthetics and what appeared to be eclectic arrangement other than the central location of the bed.

Very good overall! but the carpet....
All good, however, and I think this is a matter among all hotels, carpets, you need to take better care of carpets; after walking barefoot on the carpet my feet start itching and burning.
