Our reservation for 2 queen beds was no longer available when we checked in. We were given a king room for 2 adults and 3 kids, but requested a roll away bed which was available and brought to our room.

We asked if we could sit in the common area by the fireplace. Staff said, "We don't turn on the fireplace THIS LATE IN THE SEASON." I said, "It was on last night." They said, "Okay, we can turn it on for you." It was a cold and windy April day. I felt like it was a great imposition so we stayed in our rooms. Also, they seemed reluctant to give out coffee pods for our rooms since there was no coffee in the lobby. Most motels have coffee available in the lobby at all hours of the day. Small things, but leaves an impression.

In the Summer months we put out flavored ice water in our lobby but with the drastic temperature changes lately we have been going from coffee to water. POOR placement, thoughtless!
This hotel is not busy, few cars in the lot, very few people in the hotel. I have a quiet room facing north. I’ve stayed here many times over 10 years. For whatever reason, I was placed next to a room that has a LOUD GROUP who also smoke … yet could’ve easily been placed in a room with no one on the other side. This is so unacceptable - surely it can be seen in the system if there is a larger group with adjoining rooms, which seemed to be the case dur to the many people I could easily hear. Cleanliness is good today, though not always. Some rooms have gotten really dingy over the years. Location great, some good people. The noise started at 5pm and went on well after midnight, yet it wasn;’t a loud party per se, and I had hoped they’d quiet down. I was too exhausted to change rooms and didn’t want more problems if I complained. I”m extremely surprised that the actual stay of every guest isn;t considered at all, and someone would even be placed this way when there are plenty of rooms. It is a simple matter, and a professional one, to simply space people. That should be standard in any good hotel! I”m calling Hilton to complain and will also see what a manager will say or do, as I had originally planned on a 2nd night to have some real rest, which did NOT happen! I’m exhausted. The rooms CAN be quiet, if guests are polite. But when they are not, you hear EVERYTHING! There were loud voices and drinking, possibly smoking. Does a manager even walk the halls?!

Staff was kind and pleasant to deal with. Lady for breakfast seen i was getting only a few things to bite and only charged me about half the cost of normal for that. Small gesture like that made my day.

Lots of over filled lobby trash cans at 3pm check in. No coffee out. The front desk lady was not friendly greeter. I have to get big credit to the lady in the kitchen she was amazing serving guest. I was making poster board for a funeral and she was so nice to stop by our table. At check out 830am the same lady was out smoking saw us put her cigarette out came in. We stay here one other time. Remind me to mark this hotel as not again. Plus what’s with the coffee stands and the coffee didn’t work. Crappy place for the price!

Check in was easy, and the room itself was good, very spacious. No breakfast included, very poor, not even a bowl of cereal or fruit! Trash in the hallways outside people’s rooms, overflowing garbage cans in the entry way and vending areas. No pool towels in the morning, and empty shot bottles in the pool area.

I booked through Expedia 5 minutes prior to our arrival. Attendant had our reservation in seconds. Great! I reserved a room with king-sized bed, and got a room with two queens. Not the end of the world. The woman doing the breakfast in the morning was helpful. The scrambled eggs were ICE COLD, like they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. Other than that, all was 'G.'

The room was fine. The bed, linens, pillows quite nice. The staff really really lacking people skills. Except for one lady there, actually two ladies. The lady who was running the food and beverage, perhaps even a manager. That gal deserves a raise!! She was flat out “ Minnesota nice “ very good at her job. She went above and beyond for me and others. Please if this gets to corporate seek her out. Reward her. There was another young lady, get past this people, I don’t have any other way to describe her. She was short 5’6” maybe, darker complexion, a little heavier, very pretty. Kind as can be! Good at her job. Loved her. Now the men on the job. You guys are lucky to have a job! I’ll leave it at that. I LOVE the Hilton and I have no complaints on my accommodations it’s a little dated but, my room, bed absolutely no complaints. I love me some Hilton!

There is nothing positive about this place. My shower was faulty. I reported it to the front desk on friday morning and again on Saturday. It was never fixed. For the two nights i stayed there my room was never cleaned even after requesting a room clean.

Make a note, breakfast is available, NOT included. At $12.99, not knowing if it’s fresh or rewarmed, I’d stay away. No hotel breakfast is worth $12.99. Hint, there’s a microwave and coffee maker in the room, as well as a dorm size fridge.
