The breakfast and happy hour were great, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The rooms definitely need some maintenance: the dining area sink faucet was damaged, there was chipped paint in the bathroom.

I was really disappointed with my stay. I am normally a huge advocate for embassy suites but this one was terrible. The breakfast and evening reception was exactly. The. Same. Every. Day. No changes or variety at all. The people were not friendly. I pay more to stay here because I expect better and this did not meet expectations at all. There were a ton of hidden parking and room fees that I was unaware of and no one on staff was attentive or helpful. Kids were running around screaming the entire time and making a mess and no one was doing g anything about it. I’m also pretty sure elephants were stampeding above me based on the noise and running back and forth. Do NOT recommend.

Everything with the property was great with the exception of the pool. There was so much chlorine that it was burning our eyes and we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub.

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice. The only issue was that the heater/AC kept turning off and on and was really loud.

Its always a wonderful stay. Woolleys has great food and atmosphere. The hotel'scomplimentary breakfast is tasty and a fast meal way to start the day. We stay alot for just some R&R and shopping and ball games.

The rooms are nice and clean like the open bar at night and the breakfast in the morning. Both were great. The only thing i miss is all the trees and plants that were there before. But plants or no plants we will be back

The hotel itself is beautiful but it was overcrowded. The pool was nuts and yellow. Staff were rude. I wouldn't stay here again.

This was the worst stay ever. The toilet kept getting clogged then flooding the bathroom. My cologne and the wife’s perfume went missing after room service came to clean the room, we have addressed the issue to the front desk but never heard back from them. We are never going to stay there ever again.

The hotel is very conveniently located if your going to the mall airport or even downtown. The metro is located down the street. We had some trouble with our door locking us out, but the staff was very accommodating and did a nice job taking care of the situation.

Check in was so unbelievably quick & smooth! She had me ready to go in under 2 minutes! They have a nice managers reception where you are offered 2 drinks and basic snacks. Super close to MSP. Will be my go to hotel when flying out of the cities!

We love this property. Always clean and so close to the airport. We love the restaurant on site and the happy hour for guests. I never stay anywhere else when flying out of MSP!
