Police visit for unruly guests. Lots of cigarette butts outside. A bit on the lack-of-upkeep side. However completely functional and the price was low, so value-wise, I can’t complain too much. You get what you pay for.

Would not rent to me because they assumed that I smoke cigarettes in my room. And I know darn well I didn't. I went out to my car in the cold weather and rain every time I wanted to smoke. But besides that everything else was great

I want my money back for the stay. 70.00$ is to much to go without a television and nobody fixing the problem after I complained twice to the manager at the time of the incident. Please can we resolve this problem. Thank you for your time

The staff were great with having to deal with a pretty ran down hotel. The bathroom in our room was so small the door barely opened to get in and out of the shower.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past. I chose it for location and price, accepting the normally run-down condition of the facility as a "cost" of saving money. This stay came after a week of extreme cold and snow and apparently stressed the hotel beyond its capability to adapt. The first room that I was assigned to had no running water in the tub or the toilet. The second room had water in the sink and toilet, but there was only cold water in the shower. Cold showers at negative outside temperatures don't make a happy customer. The somewhat surly greeting by the desk clerk didn't help either.

Roach Motel
Not a good experience from start to finish. The tub was not clean upon arrival. The beds sheets weren’t changed, it had blood on the sheets. The tub was clogged. The staff were slow to fix the problems or no solutions at all. I checked in Saturday Evening. The motel maintenance man was out until Tuesday. He didn’t come look at the tub until Wednesday & still was not able to fix the problem. Also a roach came out the tv and my husband killed it. I stayed 7 nights and booked thru hotel.com & could not get my money back 0/10. Don’t go here.

There is no breakfast at all
The owner of the hotel needs to update their website, there is no breakfast at all. When you walk into the corridor you can smell the smoke. When you walk in the bathroom you can feel the bathroom floor sticking to your soles of your shoes. I am so confused about this. It is bathroom and not a kitchen. On the other hand, the price is there, What else can you ask for? You will get what you pay for.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. When we got to the room, it was evident that the staff did not properly clean it. The comforter was stained with what LOOKED like blood, and the were dirty towels hanging. Our room was stocked with nothing but a half used roll of toilet paper, and I had to listed to the staff argue with another guest for 30 minutes before finally giving us another roll. I’m INCREDIBLY dissatisfied and disappointed with my stay. They also had no breakfast options, and had very loud parties goin on both nights.

Exterior of property needs LOTS of attention. Lobby was very clean and comfortable. Property has bar onsite, was not open due to low staffing. Staff very professional and friendly. Check in was quick. Hallways needed vacuuming. Furniture in rooms dirty. Hole in bathroom door. We decided not to stay, staff was friendly and ensured us a refund. Hotel is very short staffed at this time, would try again in the future once they are fully staffed and they are able to maintain the property adequately.
