Reserved a 2 queen room, arrived and was sent to 1 King. Lobby desk could only put us in 1 King and sofa bed. Ok but not ideal for all guests. Seats in suite room dirty, free coffee/coffee cups fell apart when in use. Could use some updating/upkeep. Overall ok. Not a 3 star stay for sure.

Thank you once again. I am sorry microwaves are not the Sheraton standard, but refrigerators are available and are in our Suite rooms. Mention that at check in next time and we can provide this for you at a nominal fee.

Decent stay, hotel is on the older side but everything is clean. No microwave in the room and no fridge in our normal room as well.

I stayed in a two queen bedroom. The beds were too old and not flat. Both of me and my wife could not sleep well. Before it is fixed or replaced by new beds, I will never stay again.

Everyone was polite and professional one thing that was not pleasant was the water temperature to take a shower was look warm, aside from that all else was good.

I liked the spacious room but I did not like that there wasn’t one microwave on the property that’s really weird for a 3.5/4 star hotel

I wanted a Balcony room which is why I came here but they were "booked out"? Parking lot was empty and there was no one there though. The one good thing I can say is that the receptionist are nice and beautiful.
