The staff were very friendly and professional, and always available to help. The concierge Walter got us tickets to La Scala for a performance that was officially listed as sold out. "

"Incredible, huge room, exceeded our expectations from the photos. Very clean and we loved the big shower! Conveniently located, just a short walk to the Duomo and a quick cab ride to the train station to catch our flight out. Staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was fast and easy.
